Soc peak enail
I looked a few places before ordering and their prices really can not be beat and are located in the US. Replied to messages almost instantly and when I did have a problem they authorized a return and sent me a replacement very fast. Would definitely recommend.
Vape supplies purchase
This place is definitely the best for all my vape supply needs. The customer service is top-notch, the prices can't be beat, and the rewards program plus free items with every order are just the cherry on top. Outstanding all around!
Vape juice and coils
I bought some vape juice and coils from this website, but I never got the package! They didn't have any protection for packages, so I ended up losing $270. They tried to blame me for not paying for protection, but how could I pay for something they didn't have? Even USPS said my tracking number was fake. It's a total scam and I hope they get shut down!
Defective products
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago and it turns out that two out of the four things I bought were messed up. I tried to send them back, but they said no and made me pay for return shipping. To make matters worse, they totally ignored all my emails asking about it.
Juul pods
I spent $214 on my order and then was told that my order shipped and had an estimated delivery date. A day later my package was "on hold" and they wanted me to Zelle $1000 insurance and somehow it would credited back to me once package was delivered. Ridiculous. I was a sucker once, not twice. this company is a fraud and they are thieves.
3 vapes
Everything was going great for 3 orders, then my 4th, the one I spent the most on, hoping if I spent more per vape, then the quality of the vapes would be better. I purchased 3 at an average $15 price point each. Firstly 2 of them taste nothing like what's advertised, but that's not even why I'm complaining. My fave flavor one came out the packaging burnt on first puff. It's intolerable. I can't use it. Second one, which tastes gross, ended up only working until it needed a charge, and then quit working entirely. So, I'm left with one that tastes like .... This means, after delivery, and age verification fee... I paid $65 for ONE vape I hate the flavor on. They don't do refunds, and it's pretty obvious why, because they sell faulty items, so why would they refund, because they know they wouldn't make money. Everyone would return everything.
Beard vape no.32 ejuice
I ordered my liquid on the 1st and the site says orders ship 24 to 48 hrs after placed. Well today is Saturday the 4th and the site says waiting on fulfillment. They are closed on weekends and Monday is labor day so who knows when it'll be filled and shipped.
Received 4 100 ml I did not order
Received 4 bottles vapetasia killer kustard strawberry I did not order. Hate the strawberry vape juice of any kind. E mailed them right away about this I was basically told to bad to sad
I'm glad someone got a response back in a timely manner. I sent my email 4 days ago and still haven't gotten a response or my product. Getting ready to send another email and then I'm going to call them next. They sure took my money in a timely manner, but won't answer my email? It's not looking good for them on my end.
