Excellent products
Great and trusted shop for all products they are selling I have spoken with team few times though not get thru so easily but fine.
During the processing of my last order of Grinder sifters I wanted to delay that delivery due to some reason but couldn't managed I was told once courier person attempted automatically product will be back to their warehouse On my return they again attempted and handed over to me.
And thanks for this one Pulsar Smoking Kit ,quick heating one with compact size ,suppose to be presented someone So this time I waited one day extra for delivery.Vaporizer
I just bought a vaporizer from this site and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good the product is. It's got a sleek design and the vapor it puts out is smooth and satisfying. Only thing is, the price was a bit higher than some other options out there. But the customer service totally made up for it. The reps were super helpful and really went out of their way to help me with any issues I had. Plus, the delivery was fast and the product came in perfect shape. All in all, I had a great experience with this company.
First unit replacement
I had to get a replacement for my first unit because the whip bulb was cracked. Thankfully, Pedro D. was super fast in helping me out and replaced the whole unit immediately. The TOP-vaper VP100 units are really doing the job well, especially for the price. I'm happy with the quality of the vaporizers and blown away by how awesome the customer service was from Vaporizer Chief. All in all, I definitely suggest checking out this company.
New vape
I got a new vape that my local spot suggested and I'm loving it! The delivery was crazy fast and the prices were great. I took some time to read through the instructions and watched a YouTube video to make sure I set it up right. It's so much better than smoking because it's easy on my lungs, doesn't produce as much smoke, and I use less stuff. I'm really happy with my purchase, thanks!
Online vaporizer purchase
When I bought my vape online, I was hoping for a smooth process from beginning to end. But my package never showed up, which really let me down. I contacted customer service, and all they could do was give me 50% off on another one. It's been a total waste of my money and time.
Non-functional vaporizers
I just bought two vaporizers from this website, but they didn't work right. I reached out to customer service and got a replacement, but the problem still wasn't fixed. It's really annoying to spend money on stuff that doesn't work like it's supposed to.
Rush delivery for a Utilian 722 vaporizer
I just got a Utilian 722 vaporizer and paid extra for fast shipping, really excited for it to come. But then USPS said it was delivered to my mailbox. However, when I checked, there was nothing in there, even though my mailbox was locked. So, I tried getting help from customer service, but couldn't reach anyone and got stuck in a voicemail system. I emailed them but haven't heard back yet. If they don't fix this soon, I'll have to ask my bank for a refund. Vaporizer Chief's lack of communication and problem-solving has left me super frustrated and still itching to try out my new vaporizer.
Quick Dry Herb Vaporizer
I bought a quick dry herb vaporizer from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I didn't get my order as quickly as I expected, and when I tried to talk to customer service about what was going on, I got no response at all. It's super annoying to fork over your cash and end up with nothing to show for it. I felt like I was getting scammed, and I definitely won't be giving them any more of my business.
Vaporizer
I had a terrible experience with their customer service. It took them four whole days to respond to my email, and nobody even picked up the phone when I tried calling. So frustrating!
Boundless Vaporizer purchase
I recently bought a Boundless Vaporizer from this company, and man, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They took my money, never shipped the product, and have been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch. I even reached out to their partner company, Route, but they were no help at all. I made sure to let Route know not to do business with them again. After trying and failing multiple times to contact Vaporizer Chief, I had to take the next step and file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully, they'll start paying attention when someone else steps in. This company is a scam, and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your vaporizer needs.
Vape pen purchase
This place is a complete joke. I ordered a vape pen and waited two weeks without any responses. I tried contacting them in different ways and still heard nothing. To make matters worse, my order was stuck in "awaiting fulfillment" the whole time. They not only ruined my birthday gift to myself but couldn't even bother to reply to my messages. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Portable dry herb vaporizer
This company's customer service is terrible. I honestly felt like I was getting ripped off as soon as I bought something. Their toll-free number is useless, all it does is send you to voicemail after voicemail with no response. I've left so many messages about my order and haven't heard anything back. It's obvious this company is shady and doesn't give a damn about their customers. You better watch out for this scam and stay away if you don't want to waste your money.
$500 charged, no communication
I bought something for about $500 a month ago, but I haven't heard anything about it since then. I've tried calling and emailing them several times, but I haven't gotten a response. It's really frustrating and worrying that they're not communicating with me. Their website said they ship quickly, but I haven't heard anything from them. I'm thinking about disputing the charge on my credit card because of this.
Super boring experience
Oh my gosh, this was seriously the worst experience! I ordered something online and it hasn't even been shipped out yet. Like, seriously, what is happening? I've been trying to reach out to them but they never respond to my messages. I'm beginning to suspect that this whole thing might be a scam. Ugh, I'm so frustrated right now!
$500 order
Hey, I placed a really large order about 4 days back and haven't received anything yet. I've tried emailing and calling them multiple times, but haven't heard back from them at all! It's seriously making me worried that I got scammed. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them if you want to actually receive your stuff.
