Counseling Plan
Health Sapien's does offer a good service for individuals needing counseling with a variety of options available. The only complaint I have is their website does not adequately explain in their "Terms and Conditions" the cancellation policy. A customer is required to give 60 day cancellation notice. I would recommend the services offered as long as you understand the cancellation notice before signing on.
Membership
This company deems itself in the telemedicine category. However, the terms of service are ambiguous and the cancellation policy seems deceptive. I tried to cancel within one day of joining because they don't provide the service I expected. They told me there was a 60 day cancelation policy! Then they attempted to placate by saying they would only charge for one month! There is also a free trial period, which I was denied. I was a member for less than 24 hours. I am going to report them because this is likely a scam. I suggest saving your money or putting it towards an urgent care visit. In my opinion, this company is untrustworthy.
Counseling Plan
We signed in for the counseling plan at $149 a month. We did not use it at all the first month, so we canceled. But, not before we were billed for a second month, though a full 30 days hadn't lapsed. We called and were notified there's a 60 days cancellation period. So we paid for 2 months and have never used the service. I'm sure this is happening to many subscribers. Beware, and look somewhere else!
