Mixed Feelings about NewPlanOptions
I've been using NewPlanOptions for a while now and overall, my experience has been pretty decent. The website is easy to navigate and it's simple to find the plan that works best for me. I particularly like how they break down the costs and coverage options for each plan, so I can make an informed decision.
One thing I appreciate is the customer service. Whenever I've had a question or concern, I've been able to reach a representative quickly and they've been able to assist me.
I haven't had to file any claims yet, so I can't speak to how that process goes. But, from what I can tell, it seems straightforward enough.
One downside is that the options for doctors and hospitals are somewhat limited. But, I was able to find providers that work for me, so it hasn't been a huge issue.
Overall, I'm satisfied with NewPlanOptions. They offer a good value for the price and the customer service is decent. It's not the most exciting thing, but it gets the job done.
