Sat Insure is a UK-based provider of TV Systems Insurance covering all Sky equipment but does not work under their terms and conditions. They are also the appointed representatives of Novo Insurance Services Limited. They also operate a London-based call centre where you can get assistance with your TV issues over a phone call.

Products and services of Sat Insure

Sat Insure offers its clients several TV insurance packages. Generally, their services include technical support, cover for your Digibox (Sky model), and all your TV hardware. The Digibox cover has nonrecordable and recordable ones for all brands and models. Cover for aerial or satellite dish includes all its associated components such as bolts and connectors. Sat Insure also operates the TV Systemguard policy covering all TV sets regardless of size, brand, or model. Due to weather and birds, Sat Insure also protects your connecting cables and connecting leads from electrical faults or any other hazard. Further, they offer covers for your socket and free replacements for all your Sky Remote Controlswhether recordable or standard.

Other services offered include rectification and repair of dishes. They also provide extra services that are not included in the insurance policy. These include restoration of existing faults, day to day maintenance and cleanings, loss of saved programs, and cosmetic damages. Despite all the possibilities they cover, they have two major insurance products. The Sky Box Cover and the TV Systemguard. The former covers box, connecting leads, remotes, sky dish, and exterior cabling, while the latter offers complete coverage of the entire TV system, including dish replacement.

The payments for any insurance product is monthly, and they offer technical support, which generally arrives on the same or the next day.

Outstanding Service From Sat Insure
I recently had a great experience with Sat Insure. My TV was having issues, and I wasn't sure what the problem was. After reaching out to Sat Insure, they were able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to completely fix it that way. Luckily, their policy is that if they can't fix your TV or Sky Box fault over the phone and you live in mainland UK, you'll have an engineer visit available within 24 hours. And true enough that's exactly what happened! The engineer showed up on time as promised and promptly repaired my TV. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast everything went from being frustrating to being resolved so quickly thanks to their outstanding service!
