I just bought a couple of Pablo lamps from this store and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. They have a great selection of modern furniture and lighting on their website, so I easily found what I was looking for. The lamps came quickly and were packed really well to make sure they didn't get damaged in transit. They look amazing in my space and I couldn't be more pleased. On top of that, I had a question about the lamps and their customer service team got back to me the same day with helpful info. Overall, I'm super impressed with the quality of their products and the great customer service I received. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.
Modern Furniture Purchase
After I read some negative reviews, I went ahead and bought some modern furniture from this store because they had really good prices on the tables I wanted. But when the tables got delivered, they were all messed up, probably because UPS mishandled them. However, this guy Brian from customer service was really on top of things and got the damaged table picked up right away and sent me a new one using a different delivery company. It did take a while for the replacement to get to me, but I wasn't in a hurry and the new table came in perfect condition, just like I wanted. I'm happy with how everything turned out and thankful for the quick help I got from the customer service team.

I'm really impressed with all the different cool stuff they have on this website. I've bought several things like furniture, pillows, and art, and everything has been even better than I expected. It's all really stylish, well-made, and totally one-of-a-kind. The website is user-friendly, so it's easy to find exactly what I want. I've told all my friends and family about this company, and they've all been happy with their purchases too.
Return shipping charges
When I got my order and saw I needed to send it back, I couldn't believe it would cost over a thousand bucks for return shipping on an item that's only $1400. They never mentioned this crazy fee before I bought it, so now I'm just feeling really annoyed and let down with how unclear their return policy is.
Terrible shipping experience
Hey there, guys. So I placed an order and they told me it would be shipped in 2 days. But then, surprise surprise, they changed the shipping date on me out of nowhere! I was really upset, so I canceled my order on the spot. Can you believe they said it was already shipped when I tried to cancel? It was such a hassle. But then, they sent me another notification saying it was shipped just like they promised. What a disaster! I decided to reject the delivery because I'm not dealing with this nonsense. Not happening, no sir.

Dealing with the return process was so frustrating for me. I bought some lights that ended up being way too big for my room, and when I tried to send them back, I hit a bunch of obstacles. First off, I had to pick up the phone just to kickstart the whole return process, which was a pain. And then, I had to wait a whole 3 days just to get an email with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Waiting days just to get the info you need to send something back is uncool and a big hassle.
Modern furniture purchase
I gotta say, my experience as a customer with this company has been a total letdown. The modern furniture I bought was not up to par - lots of defects and shoddy workmanship. On top of that, the customer service folks were no help at all and basically blew off my concerns. Their return policy was a joke and left me feeling totally ripped off. So yeah, I'd warn anyone thinking about buying from them to watch out and know what they could be getting themselves into.

I bought this tea pot and man, it was crazy expensive. But get this - it leaks! And now, I've been trying to reach out to customer service but they're leaving me on read. Like, come on!
Unacceptable quality product
The product I got from this company was really poor quality. The pictures online didn't show what it actually looked like in person. It was a huge letdown, especially considering how much I paid for it. And on top of that, the shipping charges were crazy high. I ended up spending a lot on shipping, for both the delivery and return. It was so frustrating to spend all that money on a product that didn't meet my expectations and then have to pay to send it back. The delivery also took way longer than they originally said, which was a big hassle. Overall, my experience with this company was super disappointing, and I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Mirror purchase issue
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I waited for 3 weeks and tried reaching out to them several times, but they told me they couldn't find the mirror I ordered, even though it was still on their website. They then offered me a different mirror that wasn't what I wanted. Later on, when I picked out another mirror that supposedly was in stock, they told me it was suddenly out of stock. I did end up getting a full refund, but the whole ordeal has definitely given me a bad impression of this company.
Rug purchase
I ordered a rug back on October 25th because it said it would be delivered right away. But it's now November 30th and I still haven't gotten it. They took my money on the day I placed the order, but haven't told me anything about why it's taking so long.
Defective item, poor customer support, delayed refund
I made the mistake of buying something from this company that does drop shipping, and man, do I regret it now. The thing I got was all messed up, and trying to get a return label from Support was a total nightmare. They treated me like I didn't even matter, not like a real person. It took forever to actually get my money back, and when I finally did, they shortchanged me. Seriously, save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. Just go straight to the manufacturer instead.
Large rug purchase
I bought a big ol' rug from this website not too long ago, and man oh man, let me tell ya, it was a real bummer of an experience. That rug cost me a pretty penny, and even after waiting a whole month, I still didn't have any clue where it was. The folks at customer service weren't much help either - all they did was give me the number for the shipping company. It was so annoying that the company couldn't lend a hand in getting my rug to me.
Wall shelf
I really wish I had checked out reviews before I bought that wall shelf. I was under the impression that it was in stock, but turns out they were lying - they claimed there was a delay in shipping. To make matters worse, they provided me with a bogus tracking number that actually belonged to someone in Canada. And now I can't even get in touch with them to try and resolve the issue.
