Mixed feelings about 3D Printer Universe

I've had a mixed experience with 3D Printer Universe. On one hand, their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of 3D printers available for purchase. The prices are also competitive, which is a plus. However, I've had some issues with customer service. I had a problem with a printer I bought from them and it took multiple attempts to get in touch with someone who could help me. Even then, the resolution was not entirely satisfactory.

Additionally, I noticed that they don't have any physical stores, which I find to be a drawback. I like to be able to see and test out products in person before I buy them.

Overall, 3D Printer Universe has a good selection of products, but I would recommend looking into other options for customer service and in-person shopping experience.
