    Vastly shorter jeans

    I used to love this brand's jeans because they always fit me perfectly and felt great. But recently, I bought a pair and discovered they were way shorter than before, making them only good for people with shorter legs. This really let me down because now I can't count on this brand for jeans that fit me well. The quality of the jeans seems to have gone downhill too, which makes me even more bummed out. So now I'm out there searching for a new brand of jeans that will give me both the fit and quality I need. I won't be buying from this company again until they fix these problems and get back to the quality and sizes they used to have.

    I recently bought a pair of jeans from this store, and I'm disappointed with the quality. I've been a loyal customer for years and have had many pairs of jeans from this brand that have lasted well. However, the most recent pair I bought has been a letdown. The fabric feels flimsier and less sturdy, leading to problems like holes in the pockets, belt loops falling off, and seams in the seat of the pants tearing. It's frustrating to see the quality decline from a brand that I've come to enjoy and rely on.

    loved my dress

    i bought the dress from here and before that, i purchased the shorts from here. Both were delivered slightly late and so i got both on same day which is not that bad
    the dress is so pretty and the short got the perfect fitting which i loved the most also they have really good options in clothes and also offer the best seller selections where i can get the top picks. mostly they all are really good and matches my taste so its really good

    Denim jeans with no return policy

    I get why there's no return policy, but I think it's all about communication. When I bought my stuff, nobody mentioned the no return policy to me in person. It would have been nicer if they asked if I found everything I needed and also let me know about the policy. Finding out about the no return thing from tiny print on the receipt and a sign at the checkout was not what I was hoping for as a customer, especially compared to other popular stores.

    Denim jeans

    I bought some denim jeans from this store not too long ago. But to be honest, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I signed up for their mailing list because they said I'd get a 20% discount, but when I finally got the code, it was for less. I tried talking to customer service about it and showed them a screenshot of the original offer, but they weren't much help. They wouldn't honor it. After looking at some other reviews, it seems like a lot of people have had the same issue. So, I'd suggest staying away from this store.

    When to return unworn items

    It's a bummer that the return policy only gives you 14 days from when you ordered to send back brand new, unworn items instead of from when you actually get them. That's not very customer-friendly and can be super annoying for people who need more time to make up their minds about purchases. Companies really need to realize how important good customer service and flexible policies are.

    I sent back my purchase more than a month ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. I've been making endless calls, but haven't heard anything back despite being told it was escalated. Blaming Brexit for the delays is a weak excuse. I've been a customer for nearly twenty years, but this experience was a huge letdown. I won't be purchasing directly from them again.

    I ordered online and it was a disaster. I bought three pairs of jeans in January, but they never showed up. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but it felt like they were avoiding me. No one would respond or offer any help. I had to cancel my credit card payment because they couldn't tell me when I would get a refund. It was ridiculous. The company's customer service and communication were terrible. It's really disappointing to see a well-known company mess up so badly with something as simple as online shopping.

    Christmas gift jeans

    I received these jeans as a Christmas present, but they ended up being too small for me. I went to exchange them for a bigger size, but no luck! They told me I had to send them back and wait for a gift card. It's been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting. I can't believe they wouldn't let me swap them in person. It's really frustrating!

    Shipping to Canada

    I recently bought something that got sent to Canada, but man, let me tell you, the customer service was a letdown. Couldn't get a response by email, phone, or even good ol' snail mail. Tried to sort out some problems with my order, but no luck. And on top of that, they sent my stuff to Canada at full price, so I had to pay extra duties and taxes to Canadian Customs. That really bumped up the price and it was super irritating. If you're Canadian, I'd say maybe look elsewhere for your shopping needs.

    Skinny jeans purchase

    I just bought a pair of skinny jeans from this company and man, I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the whole ordering process. When I went to use a couple of promo codes at checkout, I was bummed to see that only one could be applied per order. They didn't make this clear on their website, so I was totally confused and annoyed. I tried reaching out to customer service to fix it, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. I couldn't even cancel the order to put in the right promo code. It felt kinda shady and now I'm turned off from shopping with them again.

    High-end designer jeans

    After I bought a fancy pair of designer jeans, I was bummed out by how quickly they started falling apart. After just a couple of washes, they were already showing signs of wear and tear. One of the pairs even got ruined in the crotch area and I couldn't wear them anymore. When I compared them to another pair I got from a regular store at the same time, the difference in quality was obvious and pretty disappointing. I paid a lot for those designer jeans, but they just didn't live up to my expectations. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the quality and I won't be buying from that brand again.

    Troublesome refund experience

    My time dealing with returning stuff at this store was a real letdown. I gave back an item, but had to hang around way too long for them to give me my money back. It felt like forever, way longer than I'd say is okay for any store. And then, the customer service didn't bother keeping me in the loop, which just made things worse. It was like they were keeping my cash captive, not a fun feeling for a customer. Now, I'm not so sure I want to shop here again in the future.
