Engraved wine glasses for anniversary
I just got some personalized wine glasses to mark my anniversary, and let me tell you, they turned out amazing. The engraving was top-notch, and they showed up way earlier than I thought. I'll definitely be coming back for more. I highly recommend them!
Custom wedding sign gift
I am so frustrated with this company! I ordered a custom wedding sign gift well ahead of time, following all their guidelines that said orders are made and shipped within 5-7 days. But when I checked on the status as the wedding day got closer, they told me my sign would actually take 10-14 more days. By the time I asked again, three days after the wedding, they said they couldn't make the sign and promised a refund in 3-5 days. But then they had issues with the refund process, and I had to fight with my bank to get back the money they charged me. Now I'm out of pocket, without a gift, and really upset about how unprofessional this company has been.
Whiskey decanter set and coasters
I recently bought a whiskey decanter set and coasters from this company, and man, was I let down. When my order finally showed up, I couldn't believe it - the decanter had no lid and only one glass, when I was supposed to get four. On top of that, I only got two coasters when I ordered four. And to make matters worse, the package showed up way later than they had promised, even though they said it'd be here in time for Christmas.
Personalized glove and hat set
I just bought a glove and hat set with my name on it from this company. I ordered it a week ago but haven't heard anything about it since. I've tried reaching out to them but no one has gotten back to me. I'm getting really frustrated and starting to wonder if this company is even legit.
Personalized Cigar Humidor & personalized cutting board
I ordered the humidor on June 8, 2020 and the cutting board on June 12. It is now July 6th, and I am still waiting on both of these gifts.
The humidor has been "stuck in shipping" since June 22nd. I don't understand how it takes nearly two weeks to transfer the package from the manufacturer to the shipping facility. The cutting board hasn't even completed production yet.
Every time I request a status update via email, I get the same response that COVID has impacted their operations, and they give me the same tracking number with no updates.
If you try to contact either of the phone numbers they have listed, it's just an automated message that someone will get back to you within 24 hours. News flash...I have left three messages on both numbers, and 38476876 hours later, I'm still waiting for a return call. When I tried calling both numbers today, the message just said they were closed. When you select the option to leave a voicemail, it transfers you to a message that says "we are unable to complete this request."
This company in my personal opinion is bulls***. I have ordered enough during this pandemic from different companies around the world to know that their excuse is just a BS excuse to cover up their crappy service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever.
