Fitness app review
I recently moved from the city to the suburbs, and finding exercise classes was tough. But then I came across this fitness app, Aaptiv, that totally changed the game for me. It lets me work out whenever and wherever I want. The trainers on there really push me to push myself during my workouts, so I never slack off. Plus, the music keeps me pumped up throughout. Right now, I'm using the app to train for a 5k, even though I'm not a big fan of running. The structured programs and guidance are helping me stay on track. And the new scheduling feature is awesome – it helps me plan my workouts and keep me motivated to reach my fitness goals. Overall, I'm a big fan of this app and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to spice up their workout routine.
Workout App Review
I really wish the playlists were more up-to-date or at least showed the songs during my workout. It's so disappointing when I'm in the middle of a run and the music just doesn't fit the vibe. It really kills my motivation, you know? It would be great if we could see which workouts we didn't like so we don't repeat the same mistake. And it would be helpful to avoid trainers that don't really connect with us too. Big shoutout to Caeser, Ben, and John though - they're always so positive and really make exercising enjoyable! Oh, and could we please have the option to track calories and miles for walks or meditations? It would be super convenient to have everything all in one place.

i am following the workout program for three months and i am in love with this .
they have everything covered and all the programs are so amazing also the audio-based fitness is seriously a good idea. they guide throughout the session which helps in focusing and also doing the things in right way
the workout programs are certified so it's not a point to worry

I was bummed out to find out that my subscription got automatically renewed without even a heads up email. It kinda made me question if that's how they make most of their money since I wasn't all that blown away by the app. But when I got in touch with the company, I gotta say, I was really impressed with how nice, knowledgeable, and on top of things they were. Their customer service and product are top-notch, and I really do appreciate it.
Fitness training program
This fitness training program has seriously changed the game for me. The coaches are so motivating and really make an effort to connect with me personally. The mix of motivation, training, and genuine human interaction really sets this program apart from others I've done. I can't talk it up enough!
Love Aaptiv idea
I really like the idea of Aaptiv, but it would be even better if we could input our weight for calorie tracking and add Spotify playlist links to the workouts. It would make everything so much easier!
Fitness app experience
At first, I really liked the fitness app because it had a lot of different workouts to choose from. But now, I'm not so happy because of this new "coach" thing they added. It's not very flexible when it comes to scheduling workouts based on what works best for me. The system just assumes everyone will do the same routine every week on certain days, which is a problem if I want to mix it up. And I can't even change or turn off this feature, so I keep getting annoying reminders to stick to the same workout plan. Overall, the app doesn't let me customize it to fit my needs, and that's taken away some of my initial enthusiasm for it.
