Refrigerator purchase
At first, I was a bit skeptical about the prices at Abt Electronics. But let me tell you, my experience there completely exceeded my expectations. This guy named Mr. O'Brien was the salesman who helped me out, and he was awesome. He really took the time to understand what I needed and what I could afford when it came to finding a refrigerator. He even went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal by matching prices. Thanks to him, I ended up leaving the store with a Whirlpool fridge that I absolutely love. It may not be the fanciest one out there, but it definitely gets the job done of keeping my drinks cold and my ice cream frozen. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and the quality of the product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abt Electronics to anyone looking for top-notch appliances.
Washer and dryer purchase
My sister really came through with a great recommendation for ABT Electronics! It was my first time shopping there, and I ended up getting a washer and dryer. Everything went super smoothly, from picking out the appliances in the store to getting them delivered. The salesperson who helped us out was really nice, knew their stuff, and made the whole decision-making process a breeze. I also liked getting email and text updates about my delivery, so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. The delivery folks showed up right on time like they said they would, and they were professional and friendly the whole time. I'm really happy with how everything went, and I'd definitely think about shopping at ABT Electronics again in the future.
Range purchase
I recently bought a range from Abt Electronics and I gotta say, their delivery service totally impressed me. They gave me a heads-up days before the delivery window and even called on the delivery day to make sure everything was good to go. The delivery driver even called when they were close to arriving, which was right in the middle of the time we agreed on. The two delivery guys were super professional and nice when they took out my old range and set up the new one. They also gave me some tips on how to use the oven and keep the stovetop clean. I'm really happy with the service I got from Abt Electronics and I'll definitely think about them the next time I need to buy an appliance.
Refrigerator purchase
The delivery and set up of my new refrigerator was amazing. The delivery team, John and Trinidad, were so nice and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were super careful, even wearing booties over their shoes so they didn't mess up my walls. They were really detailed when putting the new fridge together, even adding the left hinge, and cleaned up everything before they left. They were always there to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I am thrilled with the service from John and Trinidad!
Appliance delivery experience
I was super impressed with the delivery team from this company. They were so nice and really knew their stuff, giving us all the info we needed about our new appliances. Even though it was tricky getting up to our third-floor spot without an elevator, they handled it like pros. Their focus on making sure everything was perfect and their dedication to great customer service really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back to this company for my next purchase.
Frig delivery
The two guys who delivered my fridge were awesome. They were really nice, made sure to be careful, and definitely knew what they were doing. I appreciate how they took extra care to make sure nothing got damaged while moving everything around. Thanks a lot, guys!

I recently bought a new appliance at Abt Electronics in Orland Park and I have to say, the service I got was top-notch. The sales staff really knew their stuff and gave me all the info I needed to make a good choice. Plus, the prices were great and I felt like I was getting my money's worth. The delivery was smooth too - they showed up on time and the delivery guys were real pros. They even took away my old appliance and cleaned up the packaging from the new one. Overall, it was a great experience shopping at Abt Electronics.
Appliance delivery and installation
I gotta tell ya, Chris and Marcos just came by to drop off and set up some new appliances in my place, and let me tell ya, they were super careful with everything. Made sure nothing got scratched or dinged up. They even showed me how they installed this anti-tip thing on the stove and talked me through the different hoses and tubing for the water and dryer hookups. You could tell they really cared about what they were doin' and wanted to make sure they did it right.
Stove delivery and installation
The delivery and installation of our new stove was really great. The two guys who came were not only professional and friendly, but they also made sure our floors stayed nice during the process. They were very careful with everything and we really appreciated it. And they even cleaned up after themselves and gave us a credit for a small ding in the unit. It showed how much they cared about making sure we were happy. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected.
Great online store for electronic stuff
I go back to abt electronics all the time.
it is my go-to electronic online store. I started buying some small stuff like wires and all. But later, I booked some houseware stuff.
I just recommend this place to buy anything you want there, will be quality -branded and warranty product. If you are lucky, might get some off. The shipping is free. Also, they 30 day return policy which I get never to use because never any product found to be bad.Dishwasher purchase
After having a hard time finding a dishwasher at a good price because of all the COVID-19 delays, I finally struck gold at Abt. They had the exact model I wanted, and it was not only cheaper but also arrived faster than anything I could find elsewhere. Abt really came through for me and saved the day!
Large appliance purchase
Abt Electronics is where I always go for all my appliance needs. I've gotten everything from refrigerators to washing machines from them. The prices are great, and I really appreciate that they deliver on time. What I love the most is how simple it is to switch things up or schedule my delivery. The delivery team has always been top-notch - professional, helpful, and respectful. I honestly can't see myself buying appliances from anywhere else!
75-inch flat screen TV purchase
I've been shopping at Abt for a while now and I gotta say, I'm always blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff is. They really go above and beyond to make sure I'm getting a great deal. Just picked up a 75-inch TV and man, the discounts were unbelievable. The salesman hooked me up with a deal I just couldn't pass up. The delivery was quick and the team was super friendly and careful. Impressed all around.
$1000 microwave purchase
I recently bought a $1000 microwave from Abt Electronics, and sadly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The salesperson wasn't great with communication, and my shipment arrived way later than they originally said. To top it off, when my microwave finally showed up, it had a big dent in it. Super bummed about that. I quickly snapped some pics of the damage and reached out to Abt Electronics to fix the problem. But they told me they wouldn't send me a new one until the banged-up one was returned and checked out by UPS. Even with clear photo evidence, they made me go through this whole process, dragging out the time I had to wait for a new microwave for weeks. It was all so annoying and inconvenient, especially when you're dropping a grand on a microwave. It seemed silly that they wanted me to buy another $1000 microwave just to get a refund, instead of just fixing the problem right away. Compared to places like Amazon, Abt Electronics should really up their game when it comes to customer service.
