Excellent products
Thousands of company who are selling such useful tools all over the world .One sprayer broken while I was working ,disconnect me from my first shop some times around 2017.
Since the time I am a regular buyer from ACME.Either small or big all tools I strictly buy from here.Disinfectent sprayer of ACME still working like first day inn2017.
Since then huge items collected Respiratory protections,gloves,fire resistance jacket,face protections ,hard head protection helmets and many more which is almost important for me who always need it while working.Hundred percent satisfied products.Also they keep me updated about new arrivals which may useful to me.Various items
I've bought stuff from this store multiple times, and like any company, there have been a few minor issues here and there. But what really makes them stand out is their amazing customer service. In the online shopping game where trust is hard to find, their quickness to fix any problems without a bunch of headaches is really great. If you do run into an issue, I suggest snapping some pics and sending them to customer service. It'll help make sure things get sorted out smoothly and show that they really care about keeping customers happy.
Equipment and tools
I just bought some really necessary equipment and tools over the phone and I was so happy when they got delivered to our office super fast the very next morning. The stuff was really high quality and the customer service was outstanding. They even came earlier than they said they would, which was a big help to us on the job site. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything went and I'll definitely be coming back to buy from them again.
Milwaukee Tools purchase
I'm a customer of Acme Tools and I recently bought two top-rated Milwaukee Tools during the Big Red Tool Sale. I was pumped to see that one of the tools I was snagging came with a free battery and charger, which was highlighted in green on the product description. Plus, I had a $10 off coupon, so I was thinking I was getting a sweet deal. But when the tools showed up, they didn't come with the free battery and charger.
Tool set
I ordered this tool set and then my mom's credit card got charged, but there was no way to track my order or get in touch with anyone about it! It took a month and a half for me to finally receive it, and I was so sure it was a scam. I'm never ordering from them again, that's for sure!
Power drill
I just bought a power drill from this company and even though the drill was great, I've been getting so many spam emails since then. It's a pain trying to unsubscribe from all these mailing lists my info got sold to. I'm really not happy with how they handle privacy. I'll definitely be more cautious about ordering from them in the future.
Cool power tools
I got these amazing power tools from this shop and let me tell you, they are just awesome! I use them all the time for my DIY projects and they work like a dream. The folks in customer service were so friendly and helpful when I was trying to figure out which tools to buy. And to top it off, the shipping was crazy fast and all my goodies arrived in perfect shape. I am just thrilled with my purchase from this place!
DeWalt Table Saw purchase
Even though I saw some bad reviews of this place, I still wanted to check it out and bought something for the first time. I snagged a sweet deal on a DeWalt Table Saw that I couldn't find anywhere else. Ordering it was a breeze, and it arrived right on schedule. After putting the saw together, I was impressed by how well it worked. All in all, I had a good time shopping here and would suggest giving it a try.

As a new customer at Acme Tools, I bought a Dewalt new kit tool recently. I was impressed by how fast the item arrived, just like they promised on the website. I just bought some machinery pieces from this store, but I was pretty let down when I found out they weren't even in stock and they hadn't been shipped yet. It was a big inconvenience, so I've decided I'm done doing business with them.
Frustrating order experience
Lately, I've had some pretty disappointing experiences with ordering from Acme Tools. Twice now, I've placed orders only to end up waiting a long time for my stuff to actually show up. One time, it took a whopping 3 months for a backordered item to arrive. The lack of clear info about these delays was pretty annoying. Another time, I could have just gone to my local hardware store and gotten what I needed in 4 weeks, rather than waiting for it to be shipped to me. And when I tried to cancel that second order, I found out it had already been shipped - super confusing and inconvenient. Overall, I felt like Acme Tools didn't communicate well and gave me some misleading info.
Hole Saw purchase
I just bought a Hole Saw at the store because I found a way better deal online with a different retailer. I couldn't believe the price difference for the exact same product.
Signed up for newsletter
Don't bother signing up for that newsletter, because they'll bombard you with spam forever! Even if you try to unsubscribe, they just keep on sending emails.
Milwaukee Packout item
Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about buying something - if you go for the "free shipping," just know that you might run into trouble if your package goes missing. I found out the hard way that "free shipping" doesn't include getting a signature when your package is delivered. Even though I contacted both ACME Tool and FedEx when my package vanished from my porch, I was pretty much left on my own to try and fix the problem. ACME Tool basically told me to go to the police when I asked for help, and FedEx suggested I have ACME Tool file a claim (but they wouldn't do it). So, if you want to make sure your stuff gets to you safely, maybe think twice before choosing the "free shipping" option.
Heated Jacket
I bought a heated jacket from this company, but it took forever to get here! I didn't even get it until January 20th, even though I ordered it way back in November. This was my first time buying from them, but after this, I think I'll find somewhere else to shop, even if it costs more.
Online order experience
I recently placed an order online with this company and man, let me tell you, I was so bummed with the whole thing. Even though I made sure my current address was updated in my customer profile, somehow the shipping address got all mixed up and my $600 in tools ended up going to my old place. I tried again and only got one of the extra tools they promised. When I asked about the missing one, they said I had to fork over another $600 for a whole new order, and then they'd refund me in 10-18 days. Can you believe that? I've been a loyal customer for 18 years and never had such a bad experience with their service before.
Gearwrench Hood Light
I reached out to customer service because I hadn't gotten my order after waiting for 3 weeks. They said it was supposed to be shipped the following day, like they had forgotten about my order. When I finally got my stuff, I noticed that the Gearwrench hood light looked like it had been used and returned. I wasn't happy about getting a used item when I paid for something new.
