Ordered some shoes for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. The ordering and shipping went relatively smooth. She found that they ran small, so we needed to exchange them. Well, they don’t do exchanges, so I had to pay for a second pair and wait for the refund and return of the first pair.
It took over 24 emails back and forth to request a refund vs a store credit. I still don’t think she got what I was trying to say.
Anyway, I was only given the option of a store credit, so I had to make a purchase of something.
All in all, the company has a long way to go in improving their customer service associates and their service platform.
