Large order of various airguns, parts, and accessories
I am really confounded by all of these negative reviews. I have had a great experience so far with Air Gun Depot. The sales rep that I worked with taught me a lot about air guns and took all the time I needed to talk with me and go over options and also made some awesome product recommendations. And regarding being on hold forever (that a lot of people have mentioned) just use the call-back service that is mentioned during the hold time. Just be patient. I have never not received a call back within the same day using the call back service (assuming you don't call just before they close). I don't want to wait on hold any more than any one else on the planet. So I just use the call-back service and go about my day. The call-back function holds your place in line so it's not like other people are getting ahead of you if you use it. Pretty simple... I've even gotten call backs after they are officially supposed to be closed. I have already placed one very large order and received all of the expected products in great shape; nothing damaged, nothing used like other people have commented. And everything was packed very well and everything works. I dunno why my experience has been so different - maybe they are under new management or something? This is like the twilight zone or something...
Texan airgun purchase
I've been a loyal customer of Airgun Depot for years now, and I've always had a great experience with them. I tried a different company once, but they wouldn't accept my credit card for some reason, and didn't explain why. That really frustrated me, so I stick with Airgun Depot now. They've always been reliable and honest. They take my money happily, and they ship quickly with great customer service. I recently bought a Texan airgun from them, and I'm really happy with it. Their prices are usually better than other online stores, so they're my top choice for anything airgun-related. One thing I'd suggest they work on is answering more customer questions on their website's Q&A section. Some questions might not be important, but there are lots of valid ones that get left unanswered, which could make it tough for customers to decide.
PCP air rifle
I just got myself a PCP air rifle, and let me tell you, I am beyond happy with how it's performing. I went with the Benjamin Marauder model and have already put 200 pellets through it. The accuracy on this thing is seriously impressive, and it's been super reliable and powerful for all my shooting needs. Yeah, it does take a bit of effort to fill up with a hand pump, but even as an older guy, I've been able to handle it just fine. Actually, I went ahead and ordered an air compressor to make the whole process even easier so I can get out there and shoot more often. Overall, I would definitely recommend this air rifle to anyone looking for a top-notch option.
Airgun Scope Purchase

I just bought an airgun from Airgun Depot and I gotta say, I was super impressed with their service. Hatsan 95 air rifle purchase
I just got my hands on this air rifle I've been wanting for a long time, and let me tell you, the whole thing went down without a hitch. The website had all the details I needed to pick the right one, and I really liked that I could have it tested before it got sent to me. But I gotta say, I wish the instructions for setting up the scope were a bit clearer. Still, I can't wait to take it to the range and get it dialed in. It's nice that there are folks who reach out after you buy something to lend a hand. That's excellent customer service right there.
Defective airgun
I bought an air gun from Airgun Depot but it came with an air leak. When I got in touch with customer service, I talked to Adam who gave me some tips to try and fix it. Even after following his advice, the problem was still there. Adam was really professional, knew his stuff, and was nice to work with the whole time. I ended up sending back the broken gun and they sent me a new one quickly. Even though there was a bump at the start, I'm happy with the great customer service and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Airgun purchases
My time shopping at Airgun Depot has been really fantastic. Their website is so easy to use, and they have a ton of different products to choose from. I never had any trouble finding exactly what I needed. Ordering stuff was a breeze, and anytime I had a question, the customer service was super helpful. The prices were fair and they even had some good deals. Plus, my deliveries always came right on schedule and everything was in great shape. Airgun order
I just ordered an airgun from this company, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how fast and professional they were. Air pistol purchase
The customer service was fantastic. I had some trouble finishing my order for an air pistol and thought it was my Paypal account causing the issue. I contacted AGD for help and they got back to me quickly, saying they would help me out. Within a day, they sent me a link to finish my purchase, which I had struggled with twice already. Thanks to them, I was able to buy the air pistol successfully! I'm really pleased with their help. Good job, AGD!
Air pistol purchase
I just bought an air pistol from Airgun Depot, and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. My bank put a hold on the purchase for security reasons, but Airgun Depot was super professional and quick about sorting it out. I called the bank to give the green light, then got in touch with Airgun Depot to get my order back on track. The customer service folks were really understanding and made the whole situation a breeze.
Tiny filter
I snagged this dinky filter thing for my hose, right? But seriously, the parts don't line up, man! The male piece is way too snug and the female piece is like, mega loose. How am I supposed to make it work when the threads are different sizes, ya know? I shelled out some extra cash for this filter, thinking it would be top-notch, but boy was I wrong. Total waste.
Avenger Bullpup air rifle purchase
I recently bought the Avenger Bullpup air rifle and ran into an issue with the magazine it came with. So, I shot off an email to customer service and got a super quick response from Rhonda. She sent me a replacement right away, and I was really grateful for the fast help.
diana 340 n-tec
Ordered in October 2021. I knew it was out of stock but did not need it right away. After a month I tried to call, hung up after half an hour. tried to call a couple more times ,hung up after half an hour on hold. They have sent no updates as to the status of my order, nothing. Anyone considering buying from them here's what I recommend : call them before buying, see how easy they are to get ahold of, base whether or not you should continue on that experience. Customer service is not one of their strong points. Be warned!!!
Air rifle various accs
No communication at all. Never received order but took my money for weeks. Finally got an answer to an email after 4 to 5 days that they dont know when product is coming in. Well they should know to be able to tell their customers. Won't deal with again.

They are a great company lots of options. I had a problem with my new gun . Same day I messaged the they had a return number . And a paid return and will ship me my new gun . That’s a 10 all day long . I will use often

.22 Crossman Vantage
Purchased a .22 Crossman Vantage and all the reviews raved about the Vantage and now I know why. Sighted it in and after 8 shots, the last two were touching each other in the bullseye at 25 yards. Put a cheaper scope on it and still got this kind of accuracy, plan to purchase a better scope in the near future. Airgun Depot is spot on, in price, delivery and making it's customers better informed air gunners.
Gamo gen 2 swarm
price was cheapest I found ,but that doesnt do any good if you cant get the gun. I had to prepay and wait for stock. I had to open a case at paypal to get refund. Bought in February and received refund in early April. When I received the refund and looked for new place to purchase they come up on AGD as in stock. Funny if you have them why couldnt I get the one I ordered.
I received my Benjamin trail np mark ll it looks like it is used screws have screw driver marks on a couple of them. I unwrap it and looked it over.
I tried to cook it and it won't budge
Is there something I'm over looking ?
