As a first-time customer at this store, I gotta say I was pretty surprised by the huge selection of baby strollers they had. Their customer service was amazing, they gave me all the info I needed to make a good choice. Ordering was easy and quick, no issues there. The prices were fair, and I even got a sweet deal during their sale. Delivery was fast and smooth, it got to me in just a few days. Overall, it was a great shopping experience that I definitely recommend.

Crystal clear baby gates purchase
My recent purchase of those crystal clear baby gates from Albee Baby was a major letdown. I ordered 4 of 'em, spending over $600, but when they showed up, 2 gates were all scratched up. On top of that, one of 'em never even made it to my doorstep. Even though they said they'd ship it out within 3 days, a whole week went by with no word, and when I finally reached out, they said it was on back order. And then when they sent replacements for the messed-up gates, one of 'em was cracked! Albee Baby's lack of communication and quality control was super frustrating - they didn't pick up the phone or reply to emails in a timely manner. Good thing the gate manufacturer was quicker to respond. This whole ordeal has got me thinkin' twice about shopping at Albee Baby again in the future.
Baby shower gift
I ordered a baby shower gift from Albee Baby for my sister, but it showed up late. I had to return it and get a refund. It would have been nice if they had processed the refund quicker so I could have still given her the gift on time. I'm crossing my fingers that my refund comes in soon so I can boost my rating to 4 stars!
Purchased baby items
Albee Baby is definitely my favorite place for all things baby. They have a great selection of products from a wide variety of brands, and their sales are amazing! I've never been let down by the quality of the items I've bought from them. And let's talk about their delivery - super speedy! I always get my orders within a week, which is pretty impressive. I'll definitely keep coming back and would totally recommend it to any parents-to-be out there.
Cybex Priam stroller and carry cot purchase.
I just bought a Cybex Priam stroller and carry cot from this shop. Turns out the carry cot didn't go with our stroller, so I had to return it. I goofed and sent back a safety bumper bar from the stroller, which freaked me out a bit. But the customer service team was so awesome and on the ball. They found my return right away and sent the bumper bar back to me. I was really impressed with how professional and nice they were during the whole ordeal.
Stroller purchase
I've seriously been trying to get in touch with them for days about this stroller I wanna buy, but they haven't bothered to answer any of my emails. I even tried messaging them and they told me to email instead. It's frustrating 'cause all I need is some help and I don't think I should have to make costly international calls from Sweden just to get a reply. I'm not happy with how they're not communicating.
Miffy First Light lamp and Stokke Steps High Chair
I just bought a Miffy First Light lamp and a Stokke Steps High Chair from this store. The lamp was great, but I was bummed to see scratches on the chair when it came. Luckily, the customer service was amazing! Albee Baby was super quick in offering me options to fix the problem, and I decided on a partial refund. I really liked how efficient and helpful they were in working with me to make things right.
Wagon purchase
I bought this super cool wagon online and I was pumped to get it, but then I saw that I accidentally got the wrong color. I reached out to them on social media and they sorted it out pronto! The correct color wagon showed up real quick, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. And to top it off, they offer a discount for First Responders, which is amazing!
Stroller for Disneyland trip
I had to get a stroller real quick before our trip to Disneyland because the wife insisted on one with lots of padding for the baby. I had a feeling it wouldn't show up on time, so I left a little note for the website to hustle up the shipping process. Once we got to Anaheim, the stroller was already there, sitting at the hotel, ready for us. It worked out perfectly!

The deal we got on those booster car seats was amazing. And get this - when the price dropped, they quickly gave us a credit for the difference. Their customer service was excellent, so we'll definitely be shopping there first for all our baby and kid stuff.
