Necklace
I recently bought a necklace from this company, and unfortunately, I chose the wrong color. I contacted customer service to ask about exchanging it for the right color, but they told me they don't do exchanges for any reason. I was really let down because their website says they want customers to be completely satisfied, but they didn't seem to care about my happiness at all. It was annoying not to even have the choice to exchange the item for the same thing in a different color. I'd advise other shoppers to watch out for this policy before buying.
Beautiful designs and new trends
Alexis bittar are my personal favorite that i use most of the time for buying jewelry for me or my people . they are the trustworthy online store with really reaosnable price ranges which suits the most of the budget

I just got my bracelets fixed up at that store and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it all turned out. The people working there were really nice and knew their stuff, and they were able to get my bracelets looking good again in no time. Plus, the design of the bracelets is just incredible. Now I can rock them with confidence!
Bracelet purchase disappointment
The products are great, but the customer service is terrible. I recently purchased a bracelet online without realizing it was a final sale. When I tried to return it, they refused because it was on sale. Who actually reads the return policy for items you expect to keep? It was a really bad experience. I just wanted a store credit, not a refund.
Panther Collection Bracelets
I bought these Panther Collection bracelets from this store not long ago, and man, I gotta say - big letdown. These bracelets seemed all fancy and nice, but honestly, they were not worth the dough. The magnets on them were puny and weak, couldn't even hold up the weight of the bracelets right, so they kept slipping off. The clasp didn't do its job either, couldn't keep the bracelets on and they just kept coming apart. The whole thing was a mess, just two pieces connected by this flimsy metal piece in the middle, no real security to it. One part fell off in my car, the other disappeared in the trunk. I lost a bunch of these bracelets already 'cause the magnets wouldn't stay closed, and now I'm worried it's gonna happen again. Bottom line, I'm really bummed out about how poorly these bracelets were put together.
Paisley pave bracelet
I've been a customer of this jewelry brand for a long time, but I was really let down by my recent purchase of the paisley pave bracelet. The quality has gone downhill - when I got the bracelet, the pave inserts weren't even in place, they were just in a separate bag. It was basically unfinished when I got it, which was a huge disappointment. When I reached out to customer service about it, their response wasn't helpful at all and they even gave me false information about returning it. Overall, this experience was really disappointing, and I'd suggest that anyone thinking about buying from them should be careful.
Small cuffs not suitable for adults
I bought two cuffs from this store and man, what a letdown. I got them online and when they showed up, they were way too small. I'm 5'7" and 130lbs, so I thought they'd be regular adult size, but they looked like they were made for kids. I talked to customer service about it, but they were no help and said it was a final sale. It's frustrating that they advertise them as fitting adults when they clearly don't. I wouldn't suggest buying from here if you need adult-sized jewelry.
Handbag for Christmas gift
I bought a handbag from this store to give to my sister as a Christmas present. It looked just as good in person as it did on the website, but I was a little let down by the packaging it came in. They just put the handbag in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. There wasn't a nice protective bag or any fancy branded packaging included with the purchase. Considering it cost almost $500, I was hoping for a more luxurious unboxing experience. I've bought handbags for half the price from other places and they came with protective bags to store them in, which really added to the overall presentation of the gift. The lackluster packaging from this store made it feel more like I was getting a handbag from a cheaper retailer, rather than a luxury brand.
