Suede pants review
I just bought some suede pants from this store and man, was it not a good time. At first, I thought they looked great and felt top-notch, but after wearing them for a bit, they stretched out like crazy. They got so loose that I couldn't even wear them right, even after trying to fix them up with a pro. I'm bummed that they didn't hold up well, especially considering how much I spent on them.
Its wonderful
i always suggest clothing online when it comes to buying. however recently i had worst experience and because of which i had to change my shopping site . and thats how i landed here. its so good and collection is wonderful, they have the most easy services which make my shopping hassle free
Overpriced dress
I can't even believe it. I got this dress that cost a fortune, and when it finally arrived, it was like, the worst thing ever. I mean, really? Five hundred bucks for this cheap-looking piece of polyester? No thanks. And then they have the nerve to talk about empowering women on the package. Yeah, right. Empowering women by taking their money, more like it. The only good thing was that returning it was easy, so I'll give them that. But that doesn't make up for how disappointed I am. I'm never buying from them again. Total scam, folks. Watch out.
Dress purchase for a special occasion
I just bought a dress from this company for a fancy event, but man, their customer service was a letdown. Even though I dropped some serious cash, the rep I talked to just wasn't helpful at all and didn't really care about my issues. Good customer service is key for any business, so I was pretty bummed out by how rude and unprofessional they were.
Face masks purchase
I recently bought some face masks from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The quality of the masks was all over the place, with each batch being made of different stuff and varying in how good they were. The first batch I got was alright - nice prints, comfy fit, but I wasn't too thrilled to see they were made in China. So when I decided to get more, I went with a batch from Thailand. Big mistake! Totally different material, wrong color, and the quality just wasn't there. Long story short, I won't be getting any more face masks from that store.
Face masks
I was so bummed out by the face masks I bought from this store. The quality was just awful - only two flimsy layers that felt like they wouldn't protect against anything, not even Covid. It seemed like the company cared more about selling trendy masks than keeping their customers safe. And to top it off, there wasn't even a pocket to put a filter in, making them even more useless. I definitely wouldn't suggest these masks to anyone who wants real protection.
Pushy sales associates, poor quality clothes, high prices, rather shop at Zara
Oh my gosh, you won't believe what happened when I went to this store! It was seriously the worst shopping experience ever. The salespeople were super pushy, like they wouldn't give me a moment to breathe. And the clothes? Total disappointment. I think they were made in China or something because the quality was terrible. And to top it off, they were charging crazy high prices for such low-quality items. No way, I'd rather go to Zara any time, where I can shop calmly and find nice things. I feel bad for those salespeople at the other store, they must be really stressed trying to sell all that junk. Thanks, but no thanks Alice and Olivia!
Overpriced outfits
I'm really bummed out by how the sales staff doesn't seem to appreciate their customers. Like, come on, there are so many other clothing brands that have the same styles but aren't so stuck up. They need to wake up and see that customers can easily go somewhere else for what they need.
Overpriced, falling apart items
Their stuff is way too expensive and barely lasts. I've bought a bunch of things from there that fell apart super quickly. Whether it's grommets coming loose or getting stains from their protective stuff, the quality just doesn't match the cost.
Skirt with a tear
I bought this really expensive skirt and when I finally got it, it had a big tear in it! I was super annoyed because I had been waiting for it to come in and then it was messed up. I sent them an email to complain, but they took forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, they didn't even apologize or offer anything to make up for it. I had to go through the hassle of returning it at FedEx, and I'm definitely not shopping from them again!
Two face masks
I ordered two face masks that were supposed to be shipped on April 15th, but you know what? The date ended up changing SIX TIMES! I tried to get a refund, but they flat out refused. And they were so rude about it. I'm definitely not coming back to shop here again. There are plenty of other companies out there that treat their customers way better. It's no wonder nobody likes them anymore.
