Highly comfortable and sophisticated wears at one place
I think Allen Edmonds is that one place that I kind of needed only for the wardrobe choices. I really don't have much other than bought from this place.. The website has wide range of fine men's apparenl, clothes, and whatnot. But what makes them perfect for me, is the how simplisti and comfortable clothes they have for different purposes and occassons.. comfort is priroity for me.. so this really completes my wardrobe with linen shirts, trousers and so on.
Allen Edmonds presents such a variety, so I don't have to be restrictive with my choices even when i have certain fall for a kind of clothing. And I really think for others, the optons are limitless. branded, comfortable clothes at best offers. what else you need. I mean.. I just tell people to check it out.Recent shoe purchase
I gotta say, I'm really happy with the shoes I bought recently. They're top-quality, like I expected from a big brand like this. The design and craftmanship are on point, and they fit like a dream. The staff was super helpful and knew their stuff. They made the whole shopping experience fun. Ordering was easy, and I always knew where my order was at. Yeah, they might be a bit pricey, but the shoes are worth every penny. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this store to others.
Recent shoe purchase
I just bought a bunch of shoes and belts from this store I like. Even though the store changed owners, the shoes have always been top-notch. The customer service from this guy James Dunn was amazing - I ended up buying more stuff because of him. He really took the time to help me find shoes that fit just right, which was great because my shoe size keeps changing. They have a great selection of high-quality, stylish shoes that I love.
Air shipping for shoes that were not in stock
I just wanted to share about my recent experience with ordering from Allen Edmonds. I splurged on air shipping for a pair of shoes that were supposed to be in stock, but turns out they weren't. It was such a hassle trying to reach customer service - so frustrating! If you're thinking about buying from them, maybe try Amazon instead. But hey, at least the shoes I did get were pretty good quality.
Missing items in delivery
I just made a purchase online for three items, ya know? I went with the 2-day delivery but didn't get my package until after 3 business days. And when I finally got it and opened up each box, can you believe one was totally empty, another had just one shoe, and only the third box was all good. It's kinda crazy how only one outta three boxes can be packed right, ain't it?
Shoes and belt for daughter's wedding
I bought some shoes and a belt for my daughter's wedding, and let me tell you, I was really let down by the whole thing. I shelled out extra for 2-day shipping to get everything in time, but Allen Edmonds totally messed up the delivery and my stuff got delayed big time. And to top it off, their customer service was a joke - they completely ignored me every time I tried to reach out.
Suede oxfords
I recently bought some suede oxfords at the store. I've bought seven pairs of shoes from this brand before, but this one just didn't live up to my expectations. The size was a little off, the shape felt weird, and the heel was uncomfortable. I thought about returning them, but I held out hope that they would get better with time. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. And to make matters worse, when I sent another pair in for repairs, my favorite pair got ruined. The store did offer me a free replacement, but they didn't have the same style or color available anymore. I've been a loyal customer of this brand since the 90s, but this whole situation has left me feeling let down and frustrated.
Express delivery fail
Man, can you believe this? I shelled out more cash for that fancy express shipping, thinking my stuff would show up in 1-2 business days. But no way, on day number 3 I had to hit them up to see what the deal was, only to hear it wasn't shipping until the next day. Seriously, how does that count as express? I could've gone somewhere else and had my outfit ready when I needed it, but now I'm just sitting here with nothin' but disappointment and irritation. It's just not cool, not cool at all.
Recent purchase dissatisfaction
I just bought a pair of shoes from this store, and man, I was bummed out. The quality has totally gone downhill in recent years. The leather they're using now doesn't even compare to what it used to be. And don't even get me started on the shoe strings - they're way worse quality now.
Park Avenue shoes
I got these shoes and wore them all the time at work, right? And then, after like more than a year, the soles just totally gave out. So I called customer service and they straight up told me it was my fault for wearing them so much and that I had to pay 200 bucks to get them fixed! Can you believe that? No way, I'm done with these shoes for good.
Shoe care creme/polish purchase
I just bought some shoe polish from this company, and man, was I let down! I only got 1.3 oz - jar included - when it was supposed to be 1.5 oz. And to top it off, the jar was like one-third empty already! Not cool. The quality of the polish itself was not what I was hoping for. Made me wonder if this company is really on top of their quality control.

Shoes with terrible quality
I recently bought some shoes from the store and man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with how they turned out. When I got the shoes, I saw that they were all scratched up and looked like they had already been worn. I was expecting way better quality from a store like this. So, I returned the shoes right away, thinking I'd get my refund no problem.<br><br>But, it's been over four weeks now and still no refund. I even gave them tracking info to show they got my return, but I haven't heard a peep from them. This lack of communication and slow refund process has me feeling really frustrated and let down with their customer service.
Recent expensive shoe purchase
I got these shoes because I heard they had really good leather, but they turned out to be full of flaws and didn't live up to what I was expecting. The leather quality was actually worse than a cheaper pair I have, which was disappointing considering the brand's reputation. On top of that, the customer service was terrible and didn't really help me with my issues.
