Swatch order
It's been two weeks and I still don't have my swatch! Customer service is being so unhelpful and won't give me any tracking info or send another using a reliable method. This whole situation is just terrible.
Sofa and Ottoman
Hey y'all, just wanted to chat about this sofa and ottoman I got from this store. Let me tell you, putting it together was such a pain. The video made it seem like a piece of cake, but man, it was far from easy. The parts didn't line up correctly and there were wood shavings all over the place. Not cool at all. And then the ottoman had a broken leg with a strange screw stuck in it! I had to send pictures just to get a replacement, and what do you know? The new leg was messed up too! Scratches, dents, and dried glue all over. Seriously, do they even check this stuff before shipping it out? The quality control team seriously needs to step up their game.
3 section sofa
The sofa is extremely hard. And in my opinion, is too deep. Because of that, we requested a return. I was extremely disappointed with the company for having a dump truck come and pick up a sofa that we had for one week. Why would you throw away a perfectly good sofa. . They could have offered me a discount and I would’ve kept it and giving it to someone else. But instead, they paid to have a dump truck come and pick it up and throw it into a landfill somewhere. I’m disgusted. I had no idea they would do that.
