    Ghosted!!

    I purchased a suit for an upcoming wedding for $179. and when I received it, it was not the right size. I contacted customer service and explain the situation and they replied that I returned the suit and they'll replace the suit, so I did it the very next day. I paid $30 to return the suit in contacting them and informed them that the soup should be returned to them within 4 days which it did. They later emailed me in told me that I'm entitled to getting another suit that's $30 over the price of which I purchased less. When I asked them for the same suit but two sizes ... I received a generated email stating the suit was damaged and for me to pick another suit. I gave him two selections of which I would be content with only to be given a repeat email saying the suit was damaged for me to pick another suit. It is now going on a month and a half, and still don't have a suit nor did I get a refund. It is now September 9th and I've yet to hear anything positive in regards to me getting a replaced suit or a refund of the suit and I'm running out of options. I don't recommend purchasing any suits from this location

    Pegaso lizard oxford

    First I ordered lizard loafers. They sent email saying that they were unavailable, in my size for shipping. I cancelled the order and ordered a higher price oxford. I was sent a confirmation email and a FedEx tracking number. The number turned out to be no good. FEDEX says that they never received the package. ALLIGATOR WAREHOUSE says that: "it was shipped under a different number"... and the warehouse would send me updated shipping information (they haven't); so I could track the package. I just called VISA & disputed the charge, since I have not received the package & can't track it either. I wish I had heeded the reviews, PRIOR to placing an order; but I assumed because of COVID-19, that shipping was askew.

    I recently ordered a suit from this company. I need a larger size, and contacted them by email twice. I have received no response!!!!

    Can’t give lower then two star for service or shipping.
    I paid extra for three day delivery and it won’t be here for over a week after the label was created. So much for wearing it to the wedding. Company also refuses to respond to emails, which means they don’t care about the customer. Once you check out, your on your own.

    Personally I would shop somewhere else, because I’m sure they will also refuse returns or take care of issues if there is one.

    1 solid color steve Garvey suit with window pane vest did not receive the vest that was advertised with the suit. Ordered 3 suits received only 2. I was told 3rd suit was being shipped separately. Never received the suit. Was told fedex deliver the suit on a day that we were home all day. PLEASE IF YOU BUY ASK THEM TO REQUEST SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY AND OPEN YOUR BOX RIGHT AWAY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STILL WAITING FOR THE MISSING SUIT OR THE RETURN OF MY PAYMENT.

    They're gaging me pure and simple!

    Seersucker 3-button suit

    READ THE FINE PRINT. The suit, even though ordered in a 48 R jacket size was cut high up in the armholes. So it didn't fit. Would not recommend you order from here unless you are slim and athletic. But not pudgy or a muscled dude for that matter. So it did not fit. Unless a product is defective, you end up paying shipping to and from. So a return on a $125 (112 with promo discount) cost me $25 in shipping.

    BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

    I ordered 2 suits from them on May 30th...I purposely did not part ther extra 30 dollars for 2 day shipping.
    I get the confirmation email stating that both suits would arrive between 5 and 7 business days... I received 1 of the 2 suits a few days ago, so I emailed them about only receiving 1 suit instead of both. Keep in mind that both suits were under the same tracking number.
    The response I got from alligator warehouse is that the other suit was shipped separately and that they would provide me with the tracking number for the 2nd suit.
    Upon checking the tanning number, the suit was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday June 8th.
    I received the wrong suit in the mail today June 4th.
    I sent an email with pictures of the suit that I received. They offered me a 30 dollar refund if I would keep the suit. The suit is not at all to my liking, so I asked to return the wrong suit that was sent to me.
    They instructed me to return the suit, and that they would take care of it.
    I was never provided with a return label, so I had to pay 30 dollars to ship the wrong suit back to them.
    I am now asking for reimbursement for the cost of shipping, since they failed to provide me with a return label.
    I am also asking that if they cannot guarantee that the correct suit cannot be delivered to me by June 9th, which is the 7th business day from the date that my order was placed (May 30th), that my order be canceled and to refund my money. I have yet to receive a response. As of now, their prices are good, but their customer service sucks!!!

    So this business is run by thieves who are complete idiots. I placed my order on Tueday NIGHT, MAY 18th to be exact. I paid 30 dollars extra for 2 DAY SHIPPING...naturally, anyone who has common sense would know that if you placed your order at NIGHT, your order won't be shipped until the next day. These morons have difficulty understanding the fact that if you order on Tuesday May 18th at night, pay 30 dollars extra for 2 day shipping, which means, that you would expect for your order to ship the NEXT DAY, Wednesday, MAY 19TH,which would make it the 1ST day of the 2 day shipping... THURSDAY, MAY 20TH would be the 2ND day of the 2 day shipping... am I wrong?? Is my math off??? They refused to see their wrong, and do not care about customer satisfaction... they do not care

    Wed is order day and pickup day. So Friday is del day. So if they are saying Sat, they are incorrect. If you are saying Thursday, you also are incorrect.

    I purchased an item on this website, paid 30 dollars extra for 2 day shipping, only to get a bogus tracking number for FedEx, which then tells ne that my package will be delivered 4 days from the date that I placed the order. I will give them 24 hours to provide an update... so far, I can say..DO NOT BUY FROM ALLIGATOR WAREHOUSE... they are nothing more than SCAMMERS... there's no address for their company, no phone number either... had they been a legitimate company, they would've gained a new loyal customer, who would've gotten more people to purchase from them... but, word of mouth is the best form of advertisement... as of right now, my opinion still stands...STAY AWAY...DO NOT BUY....SCAMMERS!!!
