    Recent purchase

    I just bought something from this store and wasn't sure how the delivery would go because of some past issues with late shipments. But, this time was different and I was happily surprised! My package did arrive a day later than I thought, but I live pretty far out so it's not a big deal. The guy I talked to, Ramiz, was super nice and offered to refund my delivery fee right away. The stuff I got from this store is really good quality and I like that they care about where they source their products from.

    I was always into buying the good biker jackets since i bought my first bike, You know it looks so cool !!
    Anyway, all saints is my boyfriend's favourite, He buys his clothes from here so one day i saw the deal about the biker jacket and it was so damn cool with the chick look i bought that one and i am so surprised to get such good quality without getting scammed as i thought i might be. Lol
    But yeah biker people, you will enjoy your shopping from here that's for sure

    Ormond Herringbone Coat purchase

    I just got this really cool coat, but man, the pockets are terrible! It arrived so quickly, which was awesome, but why are the pockets sideways instead of up and down? My phone and wallet keep falling out, it's really frustrating. I gotta spend more money just to get them fixed. Ugh!

    Online order delayed

    I made an online purchase recently that ended up getting delayed in shipping. I waited five days past the original delivery date and got worried, so I tried to contact customer service. Turns out, there was no phone support available which was frustrating. When I checked the tracking info, I saw that my order hadn't even left the company yet. The lack of communication from them left me feeling let down and doubtful. But, after I left a negative review, the company responded quickly and gave me more info about the delay. I really appreciated how they addressed my concerns. In the end, AllSaints gave me a refund for the delayed item. Despite the initial delay, I have to say, I was pretty impressed with their customer service.

    Merino wool sweater

    I've been a customer of this brand for a long time, and I've noticed a big drop in the quality of their products. My stuff from back in 2010 is still holding up great after a bunch of washes, but the newer stuff just doesn't compare. I got a merino wool sweater recently that felt like it was made of cheap material and lost its shape after only two wears. When I looked closer, I saw that the old, better stuff was made in Turkey, while the new, lower-quality stuff is made in China. It seems like changing where they make their stuff has made their products way worse. It's sad to see a brand that I used to love for its quality start prioritizing cheaper production over good products.

    Leather jacket purchases

    I just bought two leather jackets from this company to add to my collection, you know, hoping to keep up the high-quality jacket game. But man, what a bummer - the whole experience was a letdown. The products didn't seem as top-notch as before, and the customer service was seriously lacking. I've bought more than 10 jackets from these guys in the past, so I was really surprised at how much things have gone downhill.

    Poor returns process, expensive return fees

    My experience returning items to this store was a total letdown. The whole process was a mess, and it was super annoying to find out about the crazy high return fees on the website. They should've been up front about that! I'm so ticked off and feeling totally ripped off. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

    Order mishandled

    The customer service at this company is just awful! I had a problem where my order got sent to the wrong place by their partner company. I tried reaching out to them multiple times to fix it, but they were no help at all. They kept insisting on using chats and emails, but they still couldn't figure out a good solution. It was so frustrating that they wouldn't even call the driver to get my order and bring it to me. Their customer service team was really lacking in communication and problem-solving skills. I'm definitely not going to order from them again.

    Troublesome return process

    In my recent experience with your online store, I had some trouble returning an item I ordered in two sizes. The delivery note wasn't in the package, so it was hard to return. I sent emails for help, but got automated responses that didn't really answer my questions. The live chat that was supposed to be available didn't work when I tried. Luckily, customer service did eventually help me out, but I think the initial communication could have been better. I might just shop in-store next time.

    Online purchase, quality concerns

    I bought something online not too long ago and had some trouble when I wanted to return it. The "chat" just suddenly ended without any help or fixing my issue. Also, I've been kind of bummed out about the stuff I've been getting - seems like the quality has gone downhill. I don't really know what's up with that, but I'm not happy with the products.

    The stuff I bought from that online store was actually really nice, but man, the customer service was seriously lacking. I've never dealt with such disregard for the customer's needs before.     Coat purchase

    I bought a coat from this store, but I had to return it because it didn't fit right. I sent it back on December 14th, and the tracking info showed the store got it on December 18th. But, by mid-January, I still hadn't gotten my money back. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, but they said they never got my return. I even talked to the courier and got proof that they delivered it. It wasn't until I mentioned legal action that they finally agreed to give me my refund. Dealing with this whole situation was super frustrating and totally unnecessary.

    Gift card mishap, multiple shirts, return hassle

    I recently bought two shirts with a gift card, getting different sizes because I wasn't sure which would fit better. Unfortunately, I had to return two shirts and instead of giving me a refund, they put the money back on the gift card. This means I have to keep buying stuff to use up what's left, and it's pretty inconvenient. Feels like a sneaky way to make me spend more. I tried to contact customer service several times to tell them how annoyed I was, but got no response. So, I had to go to the store in person to return the shirts and buy them again with the gift card. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience and the customer service didn't do much to help me out.

    Returned Item, No Refund

    I'm really upset with how this company has been treating me. I sent back something I bought nearly three months ago and still haven't gotten my money back. The people who answer the emails haven't been helpful at all and haven't given me any updates on my refund. This kind of service is just not okay and it's making me feel really annoyed and unhappy with everything.
