Never received my order multiple attempts to reach customer service for refund but no response via email and phone number never has anyone available. Charged my card before shipping and now I have no product. I have read many complaints on BBB about Alphabet Deals for not shipping items and not responding to complaints. Very disappointed. I just want a refund.
