Excellent products
Yes This is a brand known for its quality I am user of many products Almost seven years now Experts says hair and creams for any gender should not be change frequently I don't know about that but I am using their shampoos Power cleanser along with conditioners on regular basis
I also seen remarks its damaging haire ,oily ,not suitable But I personally never have such problem
Possible result vary hair to hair But most of people whom I know personally never shared such experience during these long years
Best part of product is prices are as normal as any other products in market They also use best logistics partner to take best care of timely deliveryHair conditioner and wax purchase
The hair conditioner and wax are really top-notch. I love how soft and easy to style my hair feels after using the conditioner, and the wax gives me a great hold without making it all greasy. But, I do wish some of the other products, like the body wash, were a bit more budget-friendly. It's tough paying $15 for something you use every day, like body wash. There are similar products out there that are much more affordable.
Online order mishap
I recently bought something online and had a terrible experience with their customer service. I noticed my shipping address was wrong right away and tried to fix it by sending emails and doing live chats, but no luck. Finally, after a lot of frustration, I talked to a customer service rep who didn't help at all. They just told me to cancel my order, so I reluctantly did. I got an email confirming the cancellation and refund, but then they said they couldn't actually do it the next day. I tried reaching out a bunch of times but never heard back. It was all a big mess and the worst customer service I've ever seen. Just be careful before you buy stuff online.
