Washable Silk, Tencel/Bamboo
Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with this place I've been shopping at lately. The customer service is seriously amazing every time I've reached out. Haven't had any issues with my orders at all, and everything I've gotten comes right on schedule. Their Washable Silk stuff is seriously to die for, especially the skirts and blouses. And let me tell you, their Tencel/Bamboo pieces are next level soft and super luxurious. The prints they have are absolutely beautiful too. The only downside I found is that the ribbed turtlenecks tend to run a bit small, so keep that in mind when ordering. But all in all, shopping here has been a total win for me.

Stylish and sustainably made clothes with soft and comfortable fabric.
I just bought some clothes from this company and let me tell you, I was really impressed. Their stuff is so stylish and sustainably made right here in the USA, using fabrics made from all kinds of recycled materials. And not only are the products top-notch quality, but they fit me perfectly too. The fabric is super soft and comfy, making me feel awesome whenever I wear them.
Silk pants, skirt, sizing issues
I'm feeling pretty disappointed right now. I was trying to do my part to help the environment by buying sustainable clothing, but it kind of backfired. I splurged on some fancy pants for $200, but they ended up being way too small. Then I got a skirt in the same size and couldn't even get it past my hips! It definitely didn't look as good in person as it did online, so I tried to return it the next day. Turns out, I can only get store credit because of some fine print I missed. Now I'm stuck with ill-fitting clothes and out $100. I'm over it. These clothes are too overpriced for all this hassle, and their customer service is trash.
Silk skirt purchase
My experience with this company has been super frustrating and disappointing. I ordered a silk skirt over 2 months ago and it's been nothing but delays, miscommunication, and errors. They took my money right away, but I had to wait weeks for any updates. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but all I got were vague responses and promises that they didn't keep. Finally, after almost 11 weeks, my order showed up, but it was the wrong size. Dealing with this whole situation has been a pain, and now I'm just waiting to see if I'll even get a refund. I really hope this company can fix things, because this whole ordeal has been a real turn-off.
