I just recently bought two pairs of sneakers from this company, and after a week passed, the order status changed to "shipped." However, as of now, I still haven't received my order. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times through calls and emails, but haven't heard back from them. The crazy thing is I can't even track the shipment, which is definitely not normal from my past experiences. This whole situation is making me question if this company is legit or if I might have been scammed. I'm thinking about reporting them and disputing the charges on my credit card. It's really disappointing to be dealing with this right now, especially when we were really looking forward to getting those sneakers we ordered.
Wedding shoes ordered
I recently bought a pair of shoes for a special event, but I've been pretty disappointed with the customer service from this company. I ordered the shoes way ahead of time, but when I called to check on the status of my order, I got unhelpful responses and a bunch of promises that never panned out. They told me they'd look into it and call me back, but I never heard from them again. Now the event is coming up fast, and my order still hasn't arrived, so I'm scrambling to figure out a Plan B. I really wish I had read some reviews before I bought from them – I definitely would have gone with a different company. And trying to get in touch with them for updates has been a pain too, since they're not picking up their phone. This whole thing has been a huge letdown, and now I'm feeling pretty hesitant about ever doing business with them again.
Orthopedic shoes purchase
I bought a pair of orthopedic shoes from this company to help with my foot pain. But after just six months, they started falling apart. The soles came unglued and there were holes near my little toe that gave me painful blisters. Plus, the so-called non-skid soles were slippery, causing me to slide around at work. It's been so embarrassing and even dangerous to trip over the flapping soles all the time. I'm really let down by the poor quality of these shoes, especially for the high price. It feels like a total rip-off.
Bad shoes
The shoes I got for my dad totally fell apart after only a few months. He used to be a runner but now he's more into chilling, and the soles just disintegrated on him. The customer service folks were really rude and didn't wanna do anything to help. My mom was trying to help with his foot pain by getting those shoes, but they ended up making it even worse. So now we're on the hunt for some better shoes for him 'cause these ones are just plain junk. I'd steer clear of this company, they really don't give a darn about their customers.

I purchased two pairs of shoes for someone who needed them a couple of months back, but I've only gotten one pair so far. I've been trying to reach customer service by calling and leaving voicemails, but nobody's getting back to me. It's really annoying to feel like I'm being ignored and not getting any help with this problem.
Heavy and bulky shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this company recently and man, it was a total letdown. The shoes were super uncomfortable, like big ol' bricks on my feet. But the worst part was when I tried to send 'em back within the deadline. I did everything they said to do for returns, but I never heard back from customer service and never got my money back. It's so not cool to leave a customer hanging like that. I'm irritated and disappointed with how this whole thing went down.

I bought a pair of shoes from your company online not too long ago. I've been a customer for a while and always liked the stuff I've gotten from you. But this time, I made an order on May 18th and still haven't gotten my shoes. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a few times, but no one got back to me. Finally, I talked to someone and they said they'd take care of it, but it's been over a week and nothing. This lack of communication and the delay in getting my order has been really frustrating.

I just bought two pairs of shoes from this website. It took forever for them to show up even though they already took my money. When I tried to call customer service, I couldn't get through. I even posted on their message board but got ignored until I threatened to get my bank involved. Finally, the shoes arrived but they weren't what I was hoping for. And on top of that, I had to pay $70 to send them back.

I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store, and I had some problems with my order. At first, I only got one pair of shoes and didn't know where the second pair was. But that didn't happen, there were more delays. Eventually, they told me my order was canceled without asking me first, which made me frustrated and upset with how this company communicates. It's been tough to get in touch with customer service, and my whole experience with this purchase was not good.
Return issue
I returned something in April and I still haven't gotten my money back! It's really unfair, so I'm never buying from them again!
Sneakers for nursing school
I bought a pair of sneakers from this website for nursing school, hoping to get them in time for my classes. It's been a month since I placed my order, and my sneakers still haven't been processed or shipped. Now I'm in a tough spot because school is starting soon and I don't have the right shoes. I've tried to reach out to the company through email and phone calls, but I haven't heard back from them at all. This lack of customer service is really frustrating, and it's disappointing that I can't even cancel my order on the website without talking to someone. Overall, I'm super unhappy with how things have gone and I feel like I may have just wasted $100 on a pair of shoes I'll never get.
