Dual filter undersink unit
I've been a loyal customer for around 20 years now. I started off with a counter top unit and ended up upgrading to a dual filter undersink unit about 8 years back. I gotta say, I've never really had any big problems with the products. Any small issues that did pop up were always taken care of pretty quickly, especially in the early days.
This month, I finally ran into my first issue with the o ring in the undersink unit. But hey, I reported the problem on Monday and by Friday, it was all sorted out with a replacement. The filtration system is top-notch, giving me that clean and fresh water I love. And let me tell you, the customer service is just fantastic.Better and really good work
My husband found this site and we ordered one for our house. Due to some reasons , the water quality is going down in our area and it was causing lots of issues. Even after complaints, nothing happened

The Aquasana Shower Filter totally changed the game for me. It's like, my hair and skin are so much better now, and I feel way better knowing I'm not showering in gross water. Installing it was easy peasy, and swapping out the filter is a piece of cake. Seriously, the difference in how my hair and skin feel after using this thing is like night and day. I don't know how I ever showered without it.
Complete water system purchase
We got the whole water system for our new house in Illinois 'cause the city water wasn't good for drinking. It's been a game-changer for us. Now we don't have to keep buying water bottles for drinking or cooking, all thanks to Aquasana and their awesome rep LuLu. The system is pretty affordable and has really made a big difference for us.
Leaky filter cartridges.
So, I got these filter cartridges for my water system and they leaked everywhere, turning my kitchen into a swimming pool! I contacted the company and they were like, "Oh yeah, those things can be faulty sometimes." Seriously? And to top it off, I didn't even buy my system from them, I got it on Amazon. But here's the kicker - the replacement parts only come from them. How frustrating! And let me tell you about their customer service - it's painfully slow when it comes to sending out replacements. I'm starting to think they want me to just buy a whole new system. Not impressed at all. This is exactly why I always stick with Amazon.
Whole house water system
I got this whole house water system, and it was pretty awesome at first! My water was super clean and clear. But then, I had to replace the filter, and it had black stuff in it! Gross! My water started looking all cloudy. I contacted customer service, and it took forever for them to respond. When they finally did, they asked for pictures. I sent them but then they just gave me a lame excuse. So frustrating! It's supposed to have a 5-year warranty, but I'm only halfway through and it's already having issues. Not cool at all!

I really like that they've kept their prices reasonable for customers like me who have been around for a while. Undersink water filter
I have this amazing undersink water filter that has been keeping my water clean and refreshing for about 3 years. It's been such a game-changer, I don't have to waste money on plastic water bottles anymore.
Issue with delivery
Man, let me tell you, this company's customer service is the pits. I placed an order and it never showed up. So, I called to ask what was up, and they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about, even though they took my money. After jumping through hoops and showing them proof of payment, they still didn't want to help and were pretty rude about it. I've been with them for ten years, but after this mess, I'm done. I'm never buying from them again.
Replacement filter issue
I had a really bad experience dealing with a company over a filter problem. I bought the wrong size filter and wanted to exchange it for the right one, but they told me exchanges weren't allowed. Instead, they wanted me to place a whole new order and pay for shipping all over again. I thought that was ridiculous and not fair to me as a customer. They were not willing to work with me at all, and that was really disappointing. When I tried to talk to the sales manager about it, they were rude and unprofessional, which just made things worse. It was obvious that this company was seriously lacking in customer service skills and good communication.
Shortened cartridge lifespan
When I first bought those cartridges, the water flow was good. But after using them a few more times, it started to slow down a lot. I was pretty bummed about it and started to think if it's even worth it to keep buying new cartridges every month. It's annoying when you put money into something and then it doesn't work as well as you thought it would. Now I'm thinking about trying a different brand of water filter that might last longer.
Defective filter purchase
I bought a water filter from this company not too long ago, but sadly it turned out to be defective. It's been more than a week now without clean water at home because of it. I've reached out through emails, but haven't heard anything back from customer service. In the meantime, I had to go out and get a temporary fix with a Zero Water pitcher. It's pretty unbelievable that a company would leave a customer hanging for so long without something as essential as clean water.
UV system and replacement filters
The UV system I bought was great at first, giving my household clean and purified water. But when I needed replacement parts and filters, I was really let down. It was so hard to find the parts I needed, and they even changed the size of the filters. Not being able to easily get what I needed and the big change in filter size was really frustrating. It made me decide to look for a new supplier for these important parts.
Countertop water filter purchase

The first one I had lasted almost four years, which was pretty good, but then it started leaking like crazy. When I called customer service, they offered to replace it for a fee, which I went ahead and paid. But the new one only lasted less than a year before it started leaking too. I ended up getting a few more replacements, but each one seemed to have more problems than the last. The quality just kept getting worse, with things like cracked plastic and faulty filters causing issues. They redesigned it at one point, but it didn't really fix the long-term problems. Despite the company trying to make things right, the product just couldn't hold up over time. The water quality was fine, but having to deal with constant replacements was a real pain. Overall, the filter was a disappointment due to its recurring problems and flawed design.
New filter - leaked, basement flood
I got this new filter for my tap water, and when I put it in, water started leaking out everywhere and my basement got flooded. I reached out to the company for help, but I haven't heard back from them at all. And to make things worse, the parts feel really cheap and not up to par with what I was anticipating.
Water filter purchase
I bought a water filter from this company recently and man, it was a total letdown. Supposed to give me clean water, but instead, it leaked like crazy, wrecking my cabinets and floor. I had to buy two new filters in just two years, which was a hassle and expensive. Super bummed about the poor quality of the product and the lackluster service from the company.
Whole House Water Filter System
I bought a whole house water filter system back in 2020 and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. That water softener didn't do a darn thing to help the hard water stains on my shower doors, dishwasher, or other water-using gadgets. And to make matters worse, the thing started getting clogged up within a year, making it even more useless. Aquasana tried to help by sending me extra filters, but the water spots didn't go away and the water quality kept going downhill. I followed all the instructions on changing the filters, but it didn't make any difference. Eventually, I had to give up on the Aquasana system in 2023 and switch to a Kinetico water treatment system. Now, I've got clean, well-treated water that actually does the job. If only I had done a bit more research and looked at other options before throwing my money at the Aquasana system. Live and learn, right?
