I've been a long-time fan of Arc'teryx, and I've been extremely impressed with the quality of their products. I've primarily purchased their outdoor gear, including jackets, pants, and packs, and I've been extremely satisfied with everything I've received.
One of the things I appreciate most about Arc'teryx is the attention to detail in their designs. Their gear is not only functional and durable, but it also looks great. I've received many compliments on my Arc'teryx gear while out on the trails.
The customer service I've received from Arc'teryx has also been top-notch. I've had to exchange a few items and the process was seamless. The representatives I've spoken with have been friendly and helpful, and they've always resolved any issues I've had quickly.
I've also been happy with the prices for Arc'teryx products. While they're not the cheapest outdoor gear on the market, I feel that the quality and durability of their products justifies the cost.

As someone who loves the outdoors and is a regular athlete, I've taken part in all sorts of races like Ultra's, Marathons, and Half Marathons, so I've collected a ton of gear over the years. When it comes to Ironman races, I need top-notch products that can handle tough terrain and intense activities. The running jacket I bought from this company back in 2015 has been my favorite for all my training and races. Unfortunately, it got torn during a trail run, but it wasn't because of bad quality or a defect. Even so, I was really impressed by how tough and high-performing the jacket was. When I contacted the company to ask about getting it fixed or replaced, the customer service was outstanding. The team was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to assist me with my concerns, which ended in a great solution. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making sure customers are happy. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and will definitely keep choosing this brand for my future athletic gear needs.
Easy navigation, detailed product descriptions, comparison tool
I was really impressed with how easy it was to use this website while I was shopping. I could easily navigate through different categories or do a free-text search to find what I was looking for quickly. The product descriptions were super detailed and informative, which helped me a lot in deciding what to buy. I loved being able to use the comparison tool on the website to see different products side by side. But, I think it would make the shopping experience even better if I could access user reviews on the comparison page.
Kyanite fleece
I just bought another Kyanite fleece from your store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how nice it is. It's super comfy and seems like it'll hold up well for outdoor stuff. But, I was kinda bummed to see that there's only black and white for the women's version. Us ladies like some color too, you know? It would be awesome to have more choices. Time to up your game and make sure everyone feels included, not just the guys.
Outdoor gear
I just bought some new outdoor gear and it was awesome! Everything went super smoothly when I placed my order, and the team was really quick to help me out when I had any questions. The prices were fair for the quality of the products, and the delivery was fast. Now I can use my gear for all the outdoor activities I have planned. I'm really happy with my experience and definitely plan on shopping here again for my outdoor gear needs.
Alpha SV jacket and gift card voucher
My old Alpha SV jacket was great for all my outdoor trips. The company gave me a gift card to replace it, which was nice. But when I went to use it online, the website was a little confusing. It was tough to figure out where to put in the code and pin at first, and it was frustrating.
First pair of hiking pants
I just got myself some hiking pants for the first time and I'm really happy with how they turned out. They're made of lightweight material which is great for hot weather, but I can also layer them with a base layer when it's colder. I was surprised by the tapered ankle design, but I think it gives them a nice, fitted look that I'm starting to like.
Wool hat
I recently bought this awesome wool hat that was a little expensive but really well-made. I was hoping for a discount since it was my first purchase from them, but I guess their products are so good they don't need to offer one. I'm excited to show off this hat to all my friends and see if it's as good as everyone says it is!
Recent online purchase from Arcteryx
I ran into some problems ordering online because I'm not great with computers. Thankfully, Tamara came to the rescue and sorted out my problem with using my credit voucher for a faulty product. I own a lot of their clothes, jackets, and shoes, and I absolutely adore them!
