Backpack order not received
I bought a backpack back on February 1st, 2024, with order number 33252. I saw the charge on my bank account but still haven't gotten the backpack. I've tried reaching out to customer service using the email they gave me, but my emails keep getting sent back to me. It's been really frustrating not getting any help or updates from the company, and it's disappointing how this whole purchase experience has turned out.

I ordered this pack in January 2023. Delivery was advised as 6-10 days. I still haven’t received the pack and all of my emails have bounced back.

I ordered this last fall and it still hasn’t shipped. Come to find the Customer support email isn’t even in existence. I’ve tried a thousand times. No responses across the board on Instagram or any other social site. A hundred bucks lost in the wind. This will be my final attempt to get in touch and possibly have my issue resolved. I just want my backpack ????
