    Address mix-up, unauthorized refund, package returned without consent

    Man, ordering from this store online has been a total nightmare. They kept getting my address wrong and messed up my order delivery big time. I tried reaching out to fix it, but they told me there was nothing they could do. Then, they went ahead and refunded me without even asking, so I missed out on the Black Friday deals I originally got. Finally, when I thought I could just go pick up my package at UPS, they hit me with another notification saying it was being sent back. This whole ordeal with Armani and their third-party YOOX has been the absolute worst online shopping experience ever. Their customer service has been a complete joke.

I had to reach out to customer service to finally return it at a different store. But, man, the way that manager acted was so unprofessional. It really rubbed me the wrong way.

    Black hoodie with red logo

    I got this awesome black hoodie with a red logo that I was all pumped to rock. But when I brought it home, it was way too big for me! So I tried to take it back, but man, it was a hassle. I sent it back on February 14th, but they kept saying they refunded me when they really didn't. I asked for some evidence and they had nothing to show me. It's been 3 months and still no refund! Terrible service, won't be shopping there again.

    Smartwatch purchase - Armani Connect model

    The Armani Connect smartwatch I bought was a total letdown. It got super hot and felt like it was gonna burn my skin, and then it just stopped working out of nowhere. I've tried everything to fix it, but it won't turn back on. I'm really upset with how crappy this product is.

    I bought something from this store about a month ago and I still haven't received it. The customer service is so bad, they can't even tell me when I can expect to get my missing package sorted out. I'm just sitting here with nothing in my hands and no sign of a refund coming anytime soon. This kind of service is just not okay, especially from a big-name brand. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone.

    Refund for a purchase in-store

    I can't believe how bold this company is. The customer service I got was just awful. When I called to ask about a refund for something I bought in the store, the person on the other end of the line was so rude. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. And to top it off, I found out they have different refund rules for in-store and online purchases but they don't bother telling anyone. That's sneaky and unprofessional. Also, they say they'll respond to your questions within 24 hours on their website, but that's just a trick to keep you waiting and annoyed, hoping you'll give up. It's obvious this company only cares about making money and not about actually helping their customers.

    Padded jacket with duck down

    Man, I got this jacket and it was seriously not good, you know? The zipper was all messed up and the filling kept coming out. It's a bummer because I can't even return it now since I already wore it. I wish I had known about the bad quality before buying it. I ended up buying a jacket from a different brand and it's way better. It seemed like they don't even care about their customers, you know? They really need to step up their game and make better products.

    I recently purchased a black leather jacket from this store, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! The employees were so rude and not helpful at all. Now, they won't even give me a refund, even though it's been almost a month since I bought it. They keep giving me the run-around, saying it's under investigation, but I think that's a load of crap. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place if you don't want to end up getting scammed.

    Pair of high-quality jeans

    I bought a pair of jeans from your store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the service I got. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, so I was kinda expecting top-notch quality and service from your brand. But when I got those jeans, I couldn't help but notice a big problem - the stitching on your logo was totally upside down. I tried to talk to the manager about it three times, but they shut me down each time. I was pretty bummed out about the whole situation.

    I bought a blazer from you guys back in December but it didn't quite work out for me, so I tried to return it. Unfortunately, customs sent it back for some reason. I used the return labels your brand gave me to try again, but the same thing happened with customs sending it back once more. It's now February 9th, and I'm still dealing with the return process. It's been a real pain and inconvenience not knowing when I'll get my refund.
