    My Positive Experience with Ashley Furniture Online

    I have had a great experience with Ashley Furniture. Their online selection is vast and diverse, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices are also very reasonable and they frequently have sales and promotions.

    I have also been impressed with their customer service. I had a small issue with one of my purchases and they were quick to resolve it and make sure I was satisfied.

    Sofa purchase with delivery

    I just want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at the Glasgow store for all their help in finding the perfect sofa for my place. They went above and beyond by not only helping me pick out the right piece of furniture but also making sure it fit my budget. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff member definitely didn't go unnoticed. I can't wait for my new sofa to be delivered tomorrow, just two days after I bought it.     Recent furniture purchase

    I just bought some furniture from this store, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with what they had to offer. The quality and selection were on point. But then I found out that they decided to lay off all their American workers so they could hire cheaper labor from another country. That bummed me out big time. Companies should really be looking out for their local employees first and foremost.

    Rocker recliner purchase

    I bought this rocker recliner not too long ago and man, let me tell you, it's been nothing but a headache. This chair is a total dud - I've had to get it fixed multiple times under warranty. Every time I rock in it, it squeaks, feels like it's gonna tip over, and the wood underneath is starting to split. Technicians have been out here at least six times to fix it, and this is already my fourth chair. I just want a replacement that actually works, you know?

    Leather sofa punctured

    We bought a leather sofa from this store and man, were we let down. Right after it got delivered, my wife saw a big ol' hole at the end of it, like, not cool. We called them up ASAP to let them know about the damage, and at first, they said they'd send us a new sofa. But then, outta nowhere, they changed their minds and said they wouldn't replace it cause we ain't catch the damage before the delivery guy bounced. Like, what? That ain't right at all, that's just plain nonsense!

    Bedspread purchase

    My experience at the retail store recently was just not great. I bought a bedspread, but the salesperson messed up and ordered the wrong size. It turned into a big headache trying to fix it. I had to call the place that shipped it, but they sent me back to the store. I had to make a ton of phone calls and got the runaround between the store and customer service before finally getting a claim number. But when I went back to the store to swap the bedspread, they said no dice. The salesperson said they'd check it out and let me know, but never did even after I called multiple times.

    I just bought a recliner online for $1121. When it came, the box looked old and beat up. After putting it together, I found out that the chair was definitely used with scratches and nicks everywhere. It was pretty clear that this was a return. I'm really disappointed with how it turned out. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I bought a lounge chair from this store not too long ago, and I gotta tell ya, I'm really unhappy with it. I paid over $300 for it, and now, just a year later, the chair's falling apart. It's even starting to seem unsafe to sit on. Not only is it low quality, but it could also be dangerous. I've got some pictures to show you just how bad it is.

    Love seat purchase

    I recently bought a love seat from that place and man, it was a total mess. I asked for a delivery on Tuesday or Thursday because of my health issues, but they just ignored that and picked a different day without even telling me. When I called to confirm, they had the nerve to say they don't do deliveries on the days I asked for. The manager didn't seem to care at all about what they did and only offered to cancel with a restocking fee. It feels like this place is as shady as a used car lot, full of lies and deceitful tactics. If you like being treated poorly and wasting your money, then this is the place for you.

    This place is a total mess. I bought a chest in September and when it got here, it was all beat up. I had to sit around forever for a technician to check it out, but guess what? They never came. Finally, when one did show up, he couldn't even fix it. Customer service promised to contact me, but of course, they never did. After waiting a whole month, they gave me a $200 gift card that doesn't even work. It's been 5 months now and I'm still dealing with this. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to avoid all this hassle.

    Online purchase nightmare

    I bought some stuff online and it was a total disaster. I tried to send it back, they told me it would take 3-5 days to get a return authorization, but it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I've sent 3 emails and heard nothing back. I had to tell my credit card company about it and start a dispute to get my money back. Definitely steer clear of this company.

    Mattress purchase issue

    I recently had a bad experience with buying a mattress because the warranty wasn't honored by anyone involved. Purchasing Power told me to go to All State for the warranty, but they said no. This led to a frustrating blame game between Purchasing Power, All State, and Square Trade. When I contacted Ashley's about the 1-year manufacturer warranty on the mattress, they sent me back to Purchasing Power since they were supposed to cover the warranty. It was a constant back and forth that wasted my time and left me super unhappy. I just wanted a solution for my broken mattress, not just a $75 discount on my next purchase. It's sad to see that companies care more about making money than making customers happy and owning up to their mistakes.

    My attempt at ordering a recliner online for my brother ended up being a total nightmare. I was on the phone with customer service for hours, trying to place the order, but it just wasn't working out. Turns out, there was a problem with the delivery address and billing address not matching up. I had to reach out to the store myself to get it sorted, only to find out that I couldn't use my interest-free credit. So frustrating! In the end, I ended up finding the same recliner on Amazon and saved myself $200.00. Can you believe it?

    Couch purchase

    I got this couch from Ashley Furniture and man, it was a blast checking out all the options in the showroom. But dang, when it was delivery time, it turned into a total nightmare! We had to wait like 6 long weeks for that couch to finally show up, and when it did, only half of it made it to us! Can you even believe that?! I was super bummed out and now I've got this half a couch just hanging out in my living room. Not cool at all, man.
