Men's t-shirts with cut-outs
This company is really pushing the limits with their design and model photography. I really dig the edgy style they bring to their products, especially the men's t-shirts with cut-outs. Although, I have noticed they could use more color options, like more black choices. And sometimes the sizes don't fit just right, but that's a common issue with online shopping, I guess. I had some trouble paying for my order, the signing process was acting up. It might have been my internet or browser, but it was super frustrating. Overall, I'm all about the futuristic design vibe and the dope model performances this company offers, along with the good prices.
Cute clothes
I recently got some really adorable clothes from there, but when I put them on, they were way too big! It was a bummer, for real. So, I had to send them back and guess what? I had to deal with a restocking fee! It was so frustrating. On top of that, the customer service was kinda confusing, like I had to start the return process all over again or something. But I've shopped there in the past and usually really like their stuff.
Swimwear purchase
I had a problem with my swimwear order going to the wrong house and maybe getting swiped by one of my neighbors. I reached out to customer service and got lucky with a really great rep who was super helpful and understanding. They really went the extra mile to sort things out and make sure I got my stuff before my trip. I'm thankful for their attention and help through it all.
DHL Delivery Services to Bosnia and Herzegovina
I'm super happy with ASOS switching to DHL for delivering orders to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The shipping is way faster now - I'm getting my packages in just 3-5 business days! That's a huge improvement from waiting weeks for my stuff to show up. DHL is so reliable and quick, it's really made shopping on ASOS a much better experience for me.
Late refund issue
I just wanted to share that I had a bit of a delay in getting my refund for an order I placed, and it really bugged me and threw me off. I tried getting in touch with customer service through the usual channels, but it was a pain trying to talk to a real person. It would be so much easier if there was a straight-up email address for customer problems.
Cute clothes
The online chat was awesome! I was having trouble with my order, but as soon as I asked to speak with someone, I got connected right away. They helped me out really quickly and fixed everything up for me. It felt like magic! I definitely give it a big thumbs up!
Next day delivery
I just bought something from ASOS with next day delivery, but they used a carrier that has caused problems in my area before. So my package ended up being a week late. Luckily, ASOS's customer service team was really quick to help out and they sent a replacement right away.
