My Review of Aston Villa Shop
I have been a customer of Aston Villa Shop for a few years now, and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the level of service and selection that they offer. Their website is easy to navigate, and they always seem to have the latest merchandise in stock.
I've purchased a variety of items from Aston Villa Shop, including t-shirts, hoodies, and even a few scarves for my family. The quality of the merchandise is always top-notch, and I've never had any issues with any of my purchases.
One of the things that I appreciate most about Aston Villa Shop is their fast shipping. I've never had to wait more than a few days for my order to arrive, and I've always been pleased with the packaging and delivery.

Even though I've never had any issues ordering from this shop before, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about not being able to get the Women's Super League badge for the women's team player shirts. It just feels like a missed chance to show full support for the Villa Women's team, who are just as important as the men's team. I mean, they offer the Premier League patch for the men's team shirts, so why not have the WSL badge for the women's team shirts too? As a fan of the Villa Women's team, adding the WSL badge would really step up the whole shirt-buying experience.
Aston Villa shirt
I gotta admit, I was kinda nervous about ordering from here at first because of some bad reviews, but I gotta say, my experience was actually really great. I got an Aston Villa shirt without any customizations and went for express shipping since it was for my dad. Even though they said it would come on the 23rd, I ended up getting it in just 3 days after ordering. It was a nice surprise. Plus, I liked getting those email updates from the store about where my order was at. The shirt is really nice quality and my dad loved it as a gift.
Address issue resolution
I had this problem with my address when I was trying to buy stuff online because I moved houses recently. This caused a mix-up with my order. But when I contacted customer service for help, I was lucky to talk to this really nice and helpful lady named Caitlyn Knott. She was amazing and worked really hard to fix the address issue so my order could get to me. I was so impressed by how professional and dedicated she was. Huge thanks to Caitlyn for going above and beyond to help me out.
Aston Villa jersey
As a lifelong fan of Aston Villa, it was a dream come true to finally get my hands on one of their jerseys. I've been cheering for this team since '94, so being able to rock their colors is just amazing. I live down in Australia, so those shipping costs were no joke - had to snag one when they had free shipping going on.
Aston Villa tickets
I've been a huge fan of Aston Villa for as long as I can remember and I've always been super loyal to their shop. The service there is top-notch, always quick and reliable. My only problem is trying to get tickets to see Villa play. Even though I've been a fan since I was a kid (I'm 43 now), it's been getting harder and harder to snag tickets each year. Hopefully, they can work on fixing this so all us fans can have a better experience overall.

I just bought my husband some Aston Villa gear for his birthday, but when it got here, the t-shirt design was wrong. I tried contacting customer service at first, but they took forever to reply. Dealing with this mix-up was irritating, especially since it was a gift. Fortunately, after I left a bad review, they fixed the problem right away. I'm thankful for the quick fix, but I wish it hadn't taken public criticism to get it resolved.
Leather wallet purchase
I just got this really nice leather wallet from this store and let me tell you, it's awesome. The quality is just top-notch, and it feels so nice to touch. Even after using it for a while, that leather smell is still strong. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchases from this place and I always get excited waiting for my orders to arrive. Tired of dealing with slow service and deliveries? Well, look no further than this shop! I recently bought a white away shirt with Zaniolo printed on it and let me tell you, it was amazing. The quality was top-notch and the service was exceptional. I mentioned I was headed to Turkey and they made sure my order arrived super fast. Now that's what I call great customer service!
Friend's gift purchase
The store's website is pretty nice and they have a good variety of products. I haven't actually bought anything for myself yet, but my buddies ordered a gift for me. They said the ordering process was easy, but they got the wrong size. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience.
