Black Friday dress purchase
I found this brand while browsing a Black Friday sale and I was totally hooked by all the amazing styles they had. The dresses were even better in person and the prices were actually pretty reasonable. I'm so excited to wear them to the events I have coming up and really show them off. And I didn't just stop at dresses, I also picked up some super cute sweaters that are just as feminine. This brand has definitely become one of my go-tos for special occasion outfits.
Wrong size dress
I recently bought a dress to wear to a wedding. I needed the perfect outfit to match the theme. When it arrived, I was so excited to wear it, but when I took off the tags, I realized it was the wrong size. It was way too small, and I had to scramble to find a last-minute replacement for the event. I was super disappointed and frustrated dealing with this mess. To top it off, the customer service was terrible. I had to spend time out of my work day contacting them twice, only to get slow responses and unhelpful solutions. It's just not acceptable for a company that claims to be top-notch in the clothing industry.
Misleading return policy
I bought two dresses, had to return them, and then got hit with a hidden restocking fee. The customer service was no help and didn't even say sorry. Definitely won't be shopping here again.
Dress for sister's wedding
I got this really cute dress from this store for my sister's wedding, but it didn't fit right so I needed to return it. I sent it back when they said to on their website, but instead of giving me a refund, they only gave me store credit. I tried emailing them and filling out forms on their website, but nobody ever responded to me. I even called them and they promised a refund that never showed up. Then they blamed a Facebook error for not being able to refund me. Now I'm out $170 and I'm really angry.
