The one thing I would give 5 stars are the products themselves. I love the razor, their organic tampons are actually absorbent unlike every other brand I’ve tried, and I love the daily multivitamins.
Everything else is kind of terrible and has me considering canceling on a pretty regular basis. The #1 thing I don’t like about them is they remove all evidence of poor reviews on their website, as well as on their social media pages.
They had a payment issue a few months back that billed hundreds or more of their customers multiple times. They tied up over $750 in my bank account. After they resolved it, they deleted all of the frantic comments from people. I assume they don’t have a Twitter account because they can’t control the visibility of people’s complaints.
Their subscription service sucks, too. I’ve had to reach out to them multiple times because the system keeps pushing my shipment date back by a day, every day, indefinitely, without shipping my items out. Their customer service is also terrible since 1) this issue doesn’t ever seem to get permanently resolved, and 2) you have to hound them to death to get anything done to temporarily resolve the issue and get your shipment sent out. I’ve contacted their customer service team more than any other company I’ve ever worked with, including ones like Comcast where I’ve had an account for 16 years and spend quite a bit more money.
So, decide for yourself if the products are worth the frustration you’re bound to experience.
