The Razor Kit
Ever since I started shaving, I have had problems with razors. And I mean problems. I could not find a single razor on the market that would not leave a ridiculous amount of cuts and razor burn left on my skin. I eventually gave up shaving due to the scars and pain it was putting me through. I was self-conscious about my body hair, but it was better than what I had been going through. Then I found Athena Club. Their reviews stood out to me, and the ease of a subscription service lured me in. I decided to give it a shot and ordered their razor starter kit. I figured I would have the same experience I’d been having for years, but I was very wrong in all the best ways. I can now shave painlessly and frequently - even without shaving cream! This razor glides across your skin while still allowing for a close shave and it is so comfortable to hold as well. I ordered the kit in the color Coral and it’s adorable. It looks very high-end even though it is ridiculously affordable. I used a coupon code (be sure to try STEFANI8416 - no expiry date!) and it made my order very affordable. The subscription service is easy to customize, pause, and change. I imagine it would be easy to cancel if needed, but I won’t be needing to do that, and you won’t either. I have already recommended this razor to several friends and I have only heard all good things. Definitely worth your money.
Razor Kit
This razor kit is amazing! Seriously, it's the best razor I've ever used. The colors are so cute and my skin feels incredibly smooth after using it. I've tried a bunch of other brands and subscriptions, but none of them come close to this one. And guess what? It's not even that pricey! The deliveries are really quick, and the customer service is fantastic. I needed to change my address and they were super nice about it, sending me a replacement order without any issues. You definitely need to give this razor kit a try, it will change your shaving game!
Razor purchase
I bought a certain kind of razor not too long ago and it was a pretty good experience. Molly, the person I talked to at customer service, was really helpful and I appreciate the company for being generous and fixing a problem that was actually my fault. The only problem I had was that the razors seemed to get really slimy, which made them kind of slippery and hard to clean off. But I like that the company cares about the environment and tries to be sustainable. Despite that, I had a good experience and I think the company's values are cool.
My recent online purchase
I bought something online recently, but it didn't show up at my place. I sent an email to customer service, and they got back to me super fast within a day, even on the weekend. The person I talked to said they'd send me a new order right away and even changed the delivery address to my new apartment since I'm moving next week. They also threw in a free gift to make up for the hassle, even though it wasn't their fault. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how great their customer service is.
Skincare products
I recently bought some skincare products online, but I never got my order. When I looked at my account, it said the order was delivered in December, which wasn't true. I emailed customer service, and they got back to me quickly and were really helpful. They promised to send me a replacement for the missing order. Even though it was a hassle, I'm thankful for their fast and effective help.
Customer service experience
I had a little problem with my order, but let me tell you, the customer service team at this company really stepped up to fix it. They couldn't make the exact changes I wanted because my order was already in the works, but they came up with a solution that totally made up for it. Their quick and friendly help really impressed me, and I'd definitely shop with them again.
The Razor Kit
I waited 2 1/2 weeks for my Razor Kit to come in the mail, seemed like forever! I ordered the Coral Color and I love it! The razor itself is heavy and it does work really well! I tend to purchase disposable razors because I don't get a clean shave when I use expensive razors like Venus, etc. This razor gives a really close shave, glides over your knees perfectly and is easy to hold. The only issue I have is the razor holder not sticking on my shower wall.. Other than that I love everything about it!
Shaving razors
The razors are seriously awesome and they work wonders on my skin. Shaving is a breeze with them and it's totally painless. And let's talk about the customer service - it's top-notch! Whenever I have a question or problem, they jump right in and are always happy to assist. I really appreciate how much they value their customers. Deodorant purchase
Oh my gosh, you won't believe it, but I ordered a deodorant and it arrived all melted! I was seriously bummed out, but I decided to shoot them an email. And guess what? They got back to me in no time and shipped me a replacement deo for free. Plus, they threw in a little extra gift as an apology! I'm totally impressed and now I'm a huge fan. Can't wait to shop with them again!
Toner refill purchase
The customer service at this company is amazing! Jasmine got back to me super fast with a solution to my issue. This is actually my second time reaching out to them, and I have to admit I'm pretty impressed with how great their customer service is. Big shoutout to Jasmine for all her help (although I do wonder if she's a real person or just an AI?).
Tampons and razors
I recently ordered my tampons and razors from this website called AthenaClub.com and honestly, it was just okay. The products they had were decent, not mind-blowing but not terrible either. The prices were reasonable, so I didn't have to hit up my parents for cash. Customer service was alright, they assisted me when needed but nothing extraordinary. The delivery was pretty standard, nothing remarkable but no major hiccups either. Overall, it was a pretty average experience - nothing too thrilling, but no major complaints either.
Leg shave products
I really like this place! I messed up my order and forgot to include my shaving cream, but the staff there were so kind and they're sending me a replacement. Sidney replied to my emails very quickly. I will definitely be a customer here for a long time!

My order got messed up initially, but they fixed it once I got in touch. They really should improve their subscription portal and return process. But gotta say, the razor itself is top-notch!
Replacement order with free gift
My package got sent to the wrong address, but Molly from customer service seriously saved the day. She not only sent me a new order right away, but also threw in a free gift to make up for the mistake. It's not every day you find customer service that goes above and beyond like that, and I'm really grateful for all she did. Thanks a million, Molly!

My experience with the customer service rep was so awesome. She didn't just change my address quickly, she also took the extra step to do it for me. I really appreciated her effort and it made my experience with the company really memorable.
Razor purchase
My shopping experience with this company has been pretty average. I haven't really had any big problems, just some small issues along the way. The prices are fair, and the customer service is okay. The website is easy to use, and finding what you need isn't too hard. But sometimes the shipping can be a bit all over the place, and orders might take longer than you think to get to you. Despite that, I'd say my overall experience has been alright.
Razor and shaving cream
I just got myself a new razor and shaving cream, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. They were super quick to respond and the staff was so friendly and professional when they helped me with my little problem. All in all, it was a great experience and I would totally recommend this company to anyone.
Athena Razor Club and Shave Foam
It should be as easy to cancel as it is to subscribe, but it isn't. When they billed me after I thought I'd cancelled temporarily until my tween daughter used the abundance of products we'd subscribed to, they wouldn't refund. Terrible customer service. Had to try to cancel 3 times today, each subscription, because they make it so difficult. You have to keep going back in and checking after you cancel because you have to confirm your cancellation or it doesn't cancel. Stupid to run a company this way.
Starter kit, shaving cream
Never received my shaving cream. Unable to reach customer service. Broke during my third use. Next to impossible to cancel.
Very dissatisfied and DO NOT recommend.
