Atlas Tower HEPA/VOC Air Cleaner with Ionizer
I bought the Atlas Tower HEPA/VOC Air Cleaner with Ionizer for my sister because she was really struggling with allergies in her new house. Even though she kept everything super clean and hypoallergenic, she just couldn't shake the symptoms. I did some digging and found out that new houses can release tiny pollutants that could be causing her issues. So, after scouring the internet for weeks, I finally decided on the Atlas Air Cleaner. And let me tell you, it was a game-changer! My sister noticed a big difference in her allergies almost right away. The quality of the purifier totally blew me away, and my sister is so happy with the results. She's even thinking about getting another one for her job. I am a user of Atlas Airpurifier and I can say that it has greatly improved the air quality in my home. The setup process was simple and straightforward, and the air purifier has been running smoothly ever since. I particularly like the mobile app that comes with it, as it allows me to control the purifier from anywhere, and also provides real-time air quality readings.
The filters are also very easy to replace and I appreciate the reminder notifications from the app to replace them on time. Furthermore, the customer support team has been very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions or issues.

The ordering process went smoothly and without any issues, but unfortunately, the product didn't meet our expectations. We got the air purifier to help get rid of the bad smell in our small office, where two of us work. Even though we've had it on high for more than a week, it hasn't done a great job at completely getting rid of the smell. On the bright side, it's pretty quiet, which is good for an office. We're now trying moving it around the room to see if that helps. We were interested in this product because of its ozone feature, but so far, it hasn't given us the results we wanted.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for years now. I buy two air purifiers and replacement filters every six months. They work great and have really improved the air quality in my home. I made sure to check out the warranty, repair, and return policy before buying, and it's pretty obvious that the company doesn't take responsibility for anything that goes wrong with their products. It's worrying to see this lack of accountability, and I highly doubt I'll be buying from them again since they don't back up what they sell.

The order came really fast, only took 9 days. The packaging was good and setting up the purifier was easy. We saw big changes in the air quality right away. Within a couple of weeks, the mold and musty smells were almost all cleared up. Cleaning the purifier was simple too. We're really happy with what we bought.
Air filter for wife's allergies
Our air filter has really saved my wife from her allergies. She used to wake up sneezing every morning because of our dogs, but now she can breathe easy because of the filter. The only problem is that it blows out cold air, so we have to move it around.

Air purifier bought, paperwork issues
I finally got the air purifier I was looking for, but man, dealing with the paperwork was a pain. It seemed to be running smoothly once I got it all set up, but honestly, it's hard to say for sure. I ended up having to fork over some extra cash for duty fees because the custom form had the value way higher than what I actually paid. And then there were all these random charges showing up on my account that I had to sort out. It was a total mess and definitely needs to be sorted out.
