Let it be known that the failure rate for manufactured installed lithium batteries is 20% world wide, and it is important that you understand that there are two types of battery failures. Unfulfilled order
I placed an order with the company but haven't gotten my item or refund yet. It's been a week since I ordered, so I checked in to see what's up. Turns out the item I wanted is out of stock. I asked for a different color, but they said they couldn't make it happen and just canceled my order. Now I still haven't seen my refund, and I'm not too thrilled about how things are going.
Tire inflator
I'm super bummed about this tire inflator I bought - it stopped working way too soon! I really needed it, so it's frustrating. And on top of that, their customer service was terrible. It's like they didn't even care that it crapped out on me so fast. Next time, I'm definitely going to go with a different brand. This whole situation just feels like they're trying to push you into buying a new one all the time.

I carefully searched and researched parts. The advertised quality was spot on relative to how great is. I was very concerned about the fit and even spoke with a customer service via email. Firstly, I can't get a reply from them until they told me the email was filer into spam box and I get a reply.
I recently purchased the Audew car battery jumper 2000 peak power unit. After 6 uses in one week it failed completely. The unit said 80% remaining power when I went to use it and immediately dropped to ZERO % upon turning the key. The worst part is I sent Audew FIVE emails with no response. And even worse their website gives NO RETURN ADDRESS to send it back to them. My advice: Buy from a place you know you can return it to.

I bought something from this company and it was faulty. I tried to contact customer support to use the warranty, but they were nowhere to be found. Don't waste your time or money because you won't be able to get ahold of them either. I've tried so many times!
Jump starter purchase
I am seriously bummed about the customer service at this company. I had a problem with my purchase and they acted like they couldn't even find my order. They took forever to get back to me, way after my 12-month warranty was up. The jump starter I bought didn't even work for a week! Total waste of money.
Foot pump purchase
I just bought a twin barrel foot pump from this company, and it cost me a little more than I expected. At first, it seemed like a good quality product and I was happy with it. But after using it for just two years, it started to leak and couldn't fill up tires like it used to.
Defective car charger

I had a really bad time with this Audew product. When I got a faulty one, I tried to send it back but couldn't get a hold of their customer service. No one told me where to return it, so I sent it back to the address on the package. But I haven't heard a word from them, no refund either. Their lack of communication and professionalism is making me wonder if this company is legit. I feel totally ripped off and annoyed. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.
Portable tire inflator
I bought this portable tire inflator, but darn it, it crapped out on me after only a few uses. So, I contacted customer service and at first, they were pretty quick to respond and seemed pretty willing to help. But after they assured me a replacement was on the way, it never showed up, and now all my emails are getting ghosted. I gotta say, I'm beyond bummed about the product and the company dropping the ball on this.
Gifted Battery Jumper
I was so excited to use this battery jumper today because it was a gift I received. Unfortunately, when I tried to connect it to my car's battery, it just beeped and didn't work at all. I reached out to customer service for help, but they required an order number that I didn't have since it was a gift. To make matters worse, they didn't even have a phone number for me to call and speak to someone about my issue. Good customer service is key, but this company's customer service is seriously lacking. I won't be recommending this product to anyone due to their poor customer service.

I received my Order #SG10074108479 on Monday 7-26-2021 for one(1) 100A Jump start unit
The order appeared to be complete with all the cables, but the residential home charger to charge the unit is missing and was not included
This somewhat concerns me as ordered to(20 additional units on Order #SG10074108546 which I have yet to receive and I hope they include the residential home chargers to charge the units
Please resolve my issue regarding missing residential home charger as I need to charge the unit before I can use it, and presently have no way to charge the unit without the residential home charger
