    Online purchase of audio equipment

    I found this company while browsing for audio gear online and I am so happy I did. The website was easy to use, and the online store had a great variety of products to choose from. I decided to reach out for some advice on what equipment would be best for me, and I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and professional the staff I spoke with were. They got back to me quickly and gave me some great recommendations. I ended up buying based on their advice and I'm really pleased with my new audio setup. I definitely suggest giving them a call or chatting with them online for any questions or purchases related to audio.

    And finally ended with brand of Sony HTz9F
    Great sound, weight of sub woofer is heavy around 8 kgs. Dolby Atom sound..Just fantastic
    Brands is always represents it's quality and that is Sony.
    Price is very normal as any where in the world almost.

    Home theater and whole house audio purchase

    My experience really sucked. The person we talked to about getting a home theater and whole house audio system didn't keep their promises. We had to go above their head to a manager who said sorry and set us up with a new salesperson. They said they'd give us an estimate by Tuesday, but by Friday, still nothing. We said forget it and went with another company. It's frustrating because we were spending a lot of money and it feels like they only care about the big sales.

    I just bought a receiver online and had a bad experience with the customer service. I was on hold for over two hours trying to reach someone at Audio Advice, but ended up having to contact the manufacturer in Canada for help. The folks at the manufacturer were great in guiding me through setting it up. Even after leaving my info with Audio Advice's answering service several times, I never heard back from them. It was annoying and not cool. On the other hand, Crutchfield's customer service was way better - they were quick to respond and really helpful.

    $4000 turntable purchase

    I recently bought a $4000 turntable from this shop, but I got the wrong item at first. I was told they would send the right one to me overnight, but then a salesperson called and said they wouldn't until I returned the wrong one. I wasn't happy about that because I felt like just expedited shipping wasn't enough for all the trouble. I even mentioned that a gift card would have been a better way to make up for it and keep me coming back as a customer. Sadly, I didn't hear anything back or get any solution to my problem until a few days later.

    DIY home theater components

    I just bought some stuff for my home theater project and man, I was really let down by this company's new management. Seems like they're all about their online store now and not as into selling top-notch audio gear like they used to be. They charge your card right when you order, even if they don't know when it'll actually ship, which isn't how legit electronics stores usually do it. And it's annoying how they keep changing the dates when things will be back in stock. Plus, the store managers don't seem to care much about the online side of things, which isn't a good sign. The whole customer experience was pretty underwhelming, to be honest.
