I just bought some jewelry from this store and I have to say, I was blown away by how beautiful the pieces are. The workmanship is amazing and you can really see the care that went into making them. I was so impressed with everything I bought, it really stepped up my collection. Not only that, but the customer service was excellent. The staff knew their stuff and were super helpful with all my questions. I'll for sure be coming back and telling all my friends and family about this store.

The bracelet I got from this store was even better than I expected. I checked it against one I bought in Australia, and it was like night and day. The clasp is strong, the design is beautiful, and the gold is thick and tough. The website wasn't kidding about making quality jewelry for everyday wear with this piece. I waited forever for my necklace to arrive, and when it finally did, it had knots in it because it wasn't properly clasped shut. Such a bummer when you're excited to check out new jewelry. But after getting over the annoyance, I couldn't help but notice how stunning it is! It shines so beautifully with every little movement.

Diamond bracelet purchase
The diamond bracelet I bought was really disappointing. It looked way bigger in the picture than it actually was. And to top it off, there was a knot in the chain when I got it that I had to untangle. The chain was so tiny, I couldn't even picture how someone with a bigger wrist could wear it without it being uncomfortable. Luckily, the other bracelet I got was amazing. Now I'm a little unsure about buying the other two bracelets I was thinking about getting, hoping they'll be better.

She hates to wear heavy stuffs, so randomly i clicked the site when i was looking something for our anniversary, i saw this beautiful ring which was simple but really pretty. So i ordered and it was good. She wears it most of the days
Earrings purchase
I had a really disappointing experience with the earrings I bought. One of them was already broken right after I got them, with the back completely off from the huggie style design. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement quickly, but then that one broke too after I wore it a few times.
It's frustrating to spend money on items that fall apart so easily, making me nervous about them breaking or falling out unexpectedly. The earrings really need to be better quality to last longer and keep customers happy.Multiple rings
I very much liked the styles and the rings to date are holding up well. I purchased many of the vermeil rings. However, on 2 separate occasions they have gotten the order wrong - wrong ring received the first time, and wrong color (could not tell difference between rose and yellow gold) the second time. The return is easy enough but be careful, the returns will take up to 9 weeks before you get a refund. Given the long return process AND getting my online orders wrong TWICE, I will not be ordering from them again. It isn't worth the hassle to receive the wrong item and then wait at least 9 weeks for refund for items that was their mistake to begin with.
