I got this really cool bracelet, right? But it didn't fit, so I had to send it back to get resized. But then, they ended up keeping it and wouldn't give it back to me! Can you believe that? I tried calling them but all they did was give me excuses. It feels like they straight up took my bracelet. Their customer service is seriously the worst!
