Really helpful and effective
I had scalp issue and it was really bad. i am suffering from that for like four months. i tried lots of things but it didn't worked well.
my mother told me about this and i give it a chance. the treatment helped in not just getting relief from the issue but also it helped in forming new and healthy scalp.Ordered 4 things, got 1
I ordered a bunch of stuff, but I only received one item! Seriously, where's the rest of my stuff? I've been waiting for two whole weeks and there's still no sign of it! I tried reaching out to them, but they didn't even bother to respond. Not cool at all, man.
Late delivery and poor customer service.
I recently bought some stuff from a skincare brand and boy, was I let down by how long it took for my order to get to me. Like seriously, it took over two weeks- 14 business days! And get this, the company's warehouse is in one state and my stuff was going to another state, not even that far, but it felt like forever. So, I tried to reach out to their customer service for some help, and let me tell you, they were zero help. One person even had the nerve to suggest that I bug the shipping company to hurry things up, like that's something I can do. It's like they don't give a darn about us customers. Their website had these delivery time estimates that they couldn't even stick to. So yeah, I was pretty annoyed and let down by the whole thing, to say the least.
Frozen creams
I got some creams online and they showed up all frozen because of the super cold winter weather we've been having. The delivery was a disaster because UPS Surepost passed it on to USPS, and then USPS just left it outside my place without bothering to ring the doorbell or update the tracking info. When I called customer service to ask for a refund, the lady I talked to was not very nice and wanted me to show proof that the cream was frozen. She told me to stick to the return policy, which meant I had to send it back myself without any free returns. All in all, I'm really not happy with how things went down at Avene.
