Online purchase
I recently made a purchase online and honestly, I have no complaints. It was easy to place my order on the website. However, I accidentally used the wrong email address to set up my account. I contacted customer service by email and was surprised to get a quick response in less than 24 hours, twice! The person who responded wasn't a native English speaker, but they were still better at English than I am at French. My order arrived within three days from the UK, which I thought was really impressive. The delivery service even gave me options to leave the package in a safe place, which worked well for me since I'm at work most of the week. The package presentation was just okay, more practical than fancy, but at least it was wrapped in tissue paper. The quality of the product was a bit disappointing because the dress I bought didn't have a lining or side zip. However, it was very pretty and the details were really nice. I didn't need to return the item, so I can't speak to that process, but the instructions did include a UK return address, suggesting it wouldn't be too expensive to send back.
Pleasant shopping experience
I gotta say, shopping on this online store was actually pretty nice. The website had all the sizing info I needed, so it was a breeze picking the right size for what I wanted. The product photos looked great and matched up with the real deal, which really helped me choose. And the quality was top-notch - it totally went above and beyond what I was expecting. When all was said and done, I was super happy with my purchase. I gotta hand it to 'em, this shopping experience really impressed me, and I'd definitely come back here again next time I need something.
Dress exchange
I just traded in a dress at this store and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The dress I originally picked out wasn't really my vibe, but Veronica, the lady who helped me, was amazing. She made the exchange super simple and stress-free. Veronica even helped me find something else in the store that I actually loved, so I walked out feeling really happy with my new purchase. All thanks to Veronica and her awesome customer service. It was a great experience overall.
Variety of clothing items
I gotta say, my time at that shop was really something else. They had a ton of clothes to choose from and it was all top-notch. The people working there were really nice and super helpful. Whether I was in London or Amsterdam, the service was always top-notch. But let me tell you, the gal who helped me out with my tax refund form in Amsterdam was amazing! She was so friendly and really went above and beyond. If all stores were like that, shopping would be a whole lot better.
Floral maxi skirt, suede bag, sizing, quality, customer service
I found this brand online while looking for a floral maxi skirt. I ended up buying a suede bag too. I ordered a few sizes of the skirt to compare and was pleasantly surprised by how well it was cut and fit me. The quality of the fabric and attention to detail in the styling made the higher price worth it in my opinion. But when the suede bag arrived, the strap had indented into the suede due to lack of proper protection, leaving a permanent mark. Customer service arranged for a return, but didn't offer an apology or replacement, which left me disappointed. I ended up buying a Mulberry Alexa instead, which arrived in perfect condition. Despite this hiccup, I still love the brand's style and have made more purchases online.
Clothes, shoes, and bags
The clothes, shoes, and bags are top-notch. Returning stuff is a breeze and you get your cash back quick. Customer service is awesome and the website is easy to navigate. Only downside is they need more sizes for dresses and jackets, but everything else I got is fantastic quality!

Shopping online can be a gamble sometimes, ya know? But let me tell you, my experience with this brand was absolutely awesome. The designs were gorgeous, and the clothes were top-notch quality. Naiome, the customer service rep, was a total lifesaver - she kept me in the loop about my order the whole time. And when there was a delay, I shot them a message and got a quick response. Overall, the whole shopping process was easy peasy and stress-free.
Stylish and chic clothing
The clothes at this store are super stylish and cute! I'm really loving the quality and design of the stuff I got from there. But, I was kinda bummed out that they don't ship to my country, Israel. I had to go through companies in the US and the Netherlands to get my stuff delivered here, and it ended up being a lot more of a hassle than I thought it would be.
My recent purchase
The clothes I bought were really great quality and they fit perfectly. Ordering them was easy and there weren't any issues. But I do have to say, they were a bit more expensive than what I usually pay at other stores.
Maude Dress
Absolutely horrible customer service. I received a dress that according to the written description in two places under the listing claimed that a "Fabric Belt" was part of the outfit. When you call the customer service #, you ONLY get a recording that hangs up immediately so you cannot leave a message whether you punch "1" or not. (tried calling 20+ times during hours of operation) There was no response by email until 5 days after 1st email was sent and it did not address the issue. Then dead silence on my followup emails. There was no response to multiple texts or whatsapps to the French office when I got frustrated with no response from the US office. Will NEVER buy anything from this company again. Their customer service is non-existent.
