    Ah i love the cute items they sell for babies. So yeah i am new mommy here with no idea how to buy things for my baby. My sister show me this store and told me to buy it whatever i like so the first thing i just bought is the blanket. Its cute with mini mouse print all over it and its so so light but warm. So i like it
    also the blanket is super good and i am defiantly buying more from here
    If i talk about the price, i don't think its that much different but yeah its cool . so i don't find that issue here

    I reached out to the company not too long ago, asking if they could send a stroller to France for me. Sadly, they couldn't make it happen. I was pretty bummed out by their lack of flexibility. I thought they'd try to help me out as a customer. Seems like they might have some shipping constraints that stop them from handling international orders.

    Easel purchase for Christmas gift

    I bought an easel for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift from this store. They said it was in stock and would arrive by January 5th, 2010. But when that day came and went, I contacted them to check on my order. Turns out, they didn't actually have the easel in stock and wouldn't until March. I was really disappointed and talked to the customer service team about it. They didn't really handle it well, and in the end, my order was just canceled without any explanation. I was left feeling frustrated and without the gift I wanted to give. Plus, I couldn't even leave feedback or file a complaint easily. Overall, my experience with this store was really bad, and I'd caution others against relying on them for good service.

    Defective item

    I recently bought this item thinking it was brand new, but turns out it wasn't! It was missing some snaps, which is pretty disappointing. I got a decent bargain on it, but I'd rather have all the parts, you know? I could've probably found it on Amazon for a better price and in better condition. And now I can't even return it? Not exactly thrilled about that!
