As a regular customer, I'm really upset about that recent campaign with the kids in those inappropriate outfits. It's not cool and it's actually pretty risky, making that kind of behavior seem okay for minors. It's pretty obvious that the folks running things over there are seriously lacking good judgment and morals. I really hope they rethink how they do their marketing and start being more responsible by creating a safer and more respectful environment for everyone.

My visit to that fancy fashion store was really good. The stuff they have there is top-notch, no doubt about it. And the variety of items they offer is pretty impressive. The people working there were real pros and super helpful, giving great customer service the whole time I was there. I'm happy with what I bought and definitely wouldn't mind hitting up that store again sometime down the road.
Defective Speed 2.0 lace-ups
Before you drop some cash at this store, you might want to reconsider. I picked up a pair of lace-up shoes and noticed some defects on one side. I tried to get it sorted out with them, but they insisted it was just normal wear and tear, which is totally bogus because it was clearly a manufacturing problem. How crazy is that? I even offered to swing by with the shoes so they could see for themselves, but they straight up refused. It seems like they're not willing to own up to their quality control slipping. All in all, the product was shoddy and the customer service was a nightmare.
High-end fashion items
I just bought some fancy clothes from this store, and man, I was so disappointed. The vibe in there was so snooty, and the employees were too busy being stuck-up to give any real help. And don't even get me started on the prices! They were crazy high for such basic stuff. I wouldn't suggest checking out this place if you want a nice shopping trip or a good deal.

I just bought this fancy handbag from that store and man, was I bummed out about the whole thing! The customer service was not great, and I felt like the prices were way too steep for what I got. Buying it was a pain too, and it took forever to get to me. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Oversized jacket purchase
I really love this brand, but I suggest going to the store and trying on the clothes before buying online. The sizes seem wonky - I almost dropped $1,400 on a jacket in a small that ended up way too big on me, even though I usually wear a medium. Oversized can be fashionable, but sometimes it's just not flattering.
African-themed clothing purchase
The way Africa and African American women are portrayed in that clothing line is just so disappointing. It's like they're using these old, tired stereotypes with bulging eyes and stuff, which is totally disrespectful. I really don't like seeing a brand try to profit off of black people in such a negative way. It would be way better if companies would take more care to be culturally aware and show more diversity in their designs instead of spreading harmful stereotypes.
TripleS sneakers
I bought these really awesome sneakers from this one store, but the seam started coming undone after just a couple of months. I've tried reaching out to the store and even customer service, but no luck. It's been forever and I still haven't gotten any help. Not cool.
Controversial marketing
I can't believe how bold this brand is with its marketing strategies. They're using pictures of kids in chains and sharing content that's just downright disturbing. As a customer, I'm shocked by how insensitive and ignorant the brand is being. It's not okay to promote products using shock tactics, especially when it means exploiting children. I hope others are careful and really think about the messages this brand is sending out.
My new shirt
I got this really cool shirt from there, but it seriously took forever to even get to me. The folks working there were pretty nice, but dang, those prices were a little steep for my liking. But when that shirt finally showed up, it was awesome and fit just right. So yeah, it was an alright experience overall.
Purchased Speed 2.0 LT K
I got these Speed 2.0 LT K shoes in my regular size 39, but man, they were just way too tight and not comfy at all after only one wear. So I reached out to Ethan at the main office, and he told me these sneakers run small, but that info wasn't even on the website! Ethan kinda doubted me at first, but he checked and admitted I was right. Now I'm out $1082 all because they didn't give out that key detail on the site. Don't be like me and make that costly mistake - steer clear of online orders and check those reviews first. The customer service just doesn't care much about a pricey product like this.
