Dog amber collar
I bought this amber dog collar from this company, right? But let me tell you, it did not do what it was supposed to do. The website said it would keep fleas away from my dog for a whole year, but my poor pup got fleas after just one month of wearing it. And not only that, the collar started falling apart, the amber pieces were coming off. So, I tried to get a refund from the seller, but they wouldn't give me one. They only offered a replacement if I shelled out for the shipping. Can you believe that?
Amber Teething Necklace purchase
I got this necklace just last month and it already broke in less than a week! The thread came out of the connector and now I can't even wear it. I only wore it a few times and it's already ruined. I reached out to customer service for a replacement, but they told me I have to pay for a new one! It's so annoying and frustrating.
