Coaster purchase for Christmas gift

I bought a coaster as a Christmas present for my brother and was expecting it to come by mid-December. But it's been two months now and still no sign of the coaster. Barsys said they'd ship it by mid-December, but I haven't gotten any tracking info or the actual product. I've been emailing back and forth with them, but they're not being helpful at all and I can't even get in touch with anyone on the phone. This lack of communication and bad customer service has really got me frustrated and let down. I just want a refund so I can get a different gift for my brother, who's still waiting on his present.
