    Unfortunately no purchase I could made since last October due to various reasons Even All items of fishing collected last time I couldn't used due to Scarry situation all around the world
    But things are returning to normalcy and activities again activated ,not like previous time but fine manageable
    This visit was more excited being long time gape
    Rainy wear and caps delivered yesterday Always no remark on quality and colors Good pricing and delivery is always a plus factor of Bass

    Hunting gear purchase

    My trip to the store was pretty decent because they had a lot of hunting gear to choose from. But man, every time I went in there, they wouldn't stop hounding me about signing up for a credit card. It started to bug me fast. I get it, they're just trying to make a sale, but there's gotta be a less annoying way to go about it. I just wanted to look around and shop without feeling like I was being pushed into something I wasn't interested in.

    Crossbow purchase

    I just bought this fancy crossbow from this store the other day. The whole ordering thing went pretty well and the website said it would be ready for pickup in about 5-6 days. But after almost two weeks went by, the crossbow still hadn't shown up. I contacted customer service, but they couldn't really explain why it was taking so long. It finally did arrive, but the lack of updates and info along the way was kinda frustrating, to be honest.

    I just got some fishing gear from this store, and let me tell you, I am so impressed with the stuff they have. The employees there really know their stuff and helped me find everything I needed. The store is also super organized and easy to find things in, which made my shopping trip a lot easier. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be going back for more outdoor gear soon.

    Rain gear purchase

    I bought this rain gear set from a store not too long ago and I was really pumped about the lifetime warranty they were talking about. But let me tell you, when the lining started falling apart after just a few months, I realized that their idea of "lifetime" is totally off. So, I hit up customer service and all I got was a bunch of unhelpful replies. They basically told me that the warranty only lasts for two years. It's frustrating to see a company not backing up their products like they promise.

    Outdoor camping gear

    I just got some camping gear online and it was a total letdown. I ordered everything and one item got canned out of the blue. I called customer service and they said it was back in stock, but then it got axed again with no reason. I'm so annoyed - they didn't even give me a refund or helpful info. This whole mess is just not cool, and I won't be shopping here again.

    I bought some outdoor gear from this store recently and gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how it all went down. Ordering was easy enough, no complaints there. But when I needed some help finding a certain item, the store staff didn't seem too interested in assisting me. It felt like they were bothered by me asking for help. On top of that, the prices were a bit steep compared to other places I've shopped for the same stuff. On the bright side, my items arrived on time and in great shape, so at least the delivery was smooth.

    Ship to store order

    My experience with the Ship to Store option at this store was really disappointing. I couldn't really track my order, so I wasn't sure where it was at. When I asked about my order, the staff just said it was on its way but couldn't give me an exact delivery date. They told me it might take up to a month for it to get here, which seemed like a super long time to wait.

    Since the new owners took over, I've seen a big drop in the quality of stuff at this outdoor store. It's a bummer that things that used to be awesome now feel cheap and don't work as well. Plus, it's annoying how they're always out of stock on things you want to buy. And now the salespeople, who used to be really helpful and know their stuff, just seem like soulless machines who don't care about helping you out. It's sad to see a brand that was once so dependable take such a dive.

    I found some awesome fishing gear at this store, but man, it took so long to come in because they shipped it with FedEx. I swear, FedEx must have something against me because they purposely delayed my package! And Bass Pro didn't even bother to check in, they just cared about getting paid. Next time, I'll just head over to the store in person.

    I had a horrible time trying to buy something online. The lady in the fraud prevention department, Tiffany, was so rude and wouldn't even let me talk. I tried to order something online three times, but each time it got canceled without them telling me. And when a manager gave me a coupon code, they canceled that too with no notice. The customer service was seriously lacking, so I definitely won't be shopping here anymore.

    Bought a scope for my friend

    I ordered this awesome scope for my friend's Christmas present and I was super excited to surprise him with it. I got a notification that it was on its way but then it just never showed up. When I contacted the company to ask about it, they said my order got canceled because the billing and delivery addresses were different. I never got any heads up about this, so now I can't give my friend his gift on time. I'm really let down and annoyed with the whole thing.

    I just bought a gun at that place and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The background check took forever, and I had to get manager approval for a bunch of different things. It felt like I was there for hours. They talk about having high standards, but the whole process was a mess. I won't be going back there again.

    Over Under Shotgun

    I tried to buy a over under shotgun from this store, but their online ordering system messed up and canceled my order. Now they won't let me buy a gun from them again. I read other reviews and it looks like this happens a lot. It's pretty frustrating that they'd treat their customers like this. I suggest going to a different gun store that actually cares about their customers.
