    I just made three orders for dresses online. I was a bit worried because I read some bad reviews, especially since I ordered from Canada and the costs were high. But when I got two of the orders on September 1st, I was really happy. The dresses were great quality, the packaging was top-notch, and the clothes were beautiful. It got me thinking why people only talk about the bad stuff and not the good. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely shop there again.

    Perfectly stitched clothing

    I'm loving the clothing at this store! They always have the latest styles and top-quality. The stitching is spot on, which makes the clothes last a long time. One of my go-to items is their peplum tops, they look great and go with everything. But man, the sizing is a total pain. I normally wear an XS but here I have to go up to a M. It's frustrating and feels like they're messing with us. It's just confusing and annoying, you know?

    I recently bought some stuff online and had to return a couple of things. When I sent them back, I was shocked to see that I got hit with another shipping fee, even though I had already paid for it. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but all I got back were those automatic responses. They never really gave me a good explanation for what happened. Dealing with their lack of communication and crappy service really got on my nerves. I've never had such a hard time getting help or getting them to care about making me happy before.

    I gotta be honest, my experience was not great. I bought some stuff on sale that seemed nice, but when I checked them out closer, the dress had some loose threads and the handbag had a scuff. When I tried to return them, it was a hassle and they only agreed to take them back after I sent in pics as proof. The customer service folks were rude, unprofessional, and did not show me any respect as a customer. I was really excited about my purchase, but it was a big letdown.

    Bag and necklace

    I really like the designs and style of the stuff at this store, but man, the quality is just not up to par. I’ve bought a bunch of things over the years, and every time, something goes wrong – either it falls apart or arrives damaged. The last straw was when I dropped $400 on a bag that looked amazing but the zipper was messed up, making it pretty much useless. And to top it off, I ordered a necklace that came with a broken clasp. It's been so frustrating.

    Faux website purchase

    Hey, just wanted to give a warning to anyone thinking about buying stuff from this site. I found a website that seemed just like BCBG, but with a small change in the name. Turns out, my purchase got billed to some site in Tanzania, and I never got any confirmation. It's obvious now that the site was fake, even though it looked legit. I canceled my card right away and had to chat with my bank to sort things out.

    Wedding dress purchase

    I ordered a wedding dress from this company not too long ago, but it still hasn't shown up. I placed my order back on August 3rd, and even though I was getting all kinds of tracking updates, the last one on November 5th said my dress would be here within 2 weeks. Well, it's been longer than that and still no sign of my dress! I tried reaching out to their customer service email, but it seems like it's not even a real email. The charge on my card is from TASKADMIN* ECOMMERCE HTTPSMYTASKADKY, making me think I got scammed. I reported it as fraud and disputed the charge already. Just a heads up, be careful if you're thinking about ordering from this company!

    Online shopping nightmare

    My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I bought something, and it took two weeks longer to arrive than they said it would. And guess what? They still charged me extra for the express shipping. Not cool. And to make things worse, they ignored all my emails about the whole mess and wouldn't let me return the dress, even though I didn't even wear it. Seriously, they don't deserve a 1-star rating. They deserve even less.

    I've never dealt with such terrible customer service until I came across this company. My package has been missing for weeks, and no matter how many emails I send, all I get back are automated responses from a computer. It's so frustrating and disappointing to not even be able to talk to a real person about fixing the problem. It's just not right that a company like this isn't taking responsibility and being more responsive.

    Overpriced item, no refund

    I messed up and bought something expensive that didn't even fit me right. So I returned it, did everything they said to make it easy for them, and thought it'd be all good. But nope, this company doesn't seem to care about giving back the money they owe me. They got my stuff back but haven't given me my money back yet. And now they're straight up ignoring my emails and messages. It's insane that a company can do business like this.

    Dress purchase, waiting time

    I bought a dress not too long ago, but it's been more than two weeks now and I'm still waiting for it to show up. Supposedly it already got shipped, but it's going on some weird cross-country adventure, passing through a bunch of states before it gets to me. Waiting this long is really starting to annoy me and I'm feeling let down by the way things are going. I was really hoping for a quick and easy delivery, but it looks like that's not going to happen. Next time I think about shopping, I'll have to seriously think about whether I want to give this company my business again.

    Disappointed Order Outcome

    I'm pretty frustrated because I had a terrible experience with a recent purchase. I waited forever for my order, then I got an email saying it got refunded and sent back, but no one bothered to tell me why. The lack of communication and bad customer service is just not cool, especially since the brand is supposed to be reputable.

    Dress order delay

    I had the worst time ordering from this brand online. I bought a dress a month ago and it's still stuck in processing. They keep telling me it's been shipped, but the tracking info says otherwise. It's annoying to be misled and not know what's going on with my order. I should've checked the reviews before buying.
