Missing Earrings
I just bought something from this company and had a bit of a bummer situation. I was really excited about getting my hands on the Misha Hawaii earrings, but when my package arrived, they were nowhere to be found. I was pretty let down because that was the thing I was most excited about. I contacted customer service to let them know what happened, and they got back to me fast with a solution. I did have to wait for a replacement to be sent out, though.
Subscription box
I was so excited about this subscription box, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I signed up, tried to personalize my box, but they didn't even pay attention to my preferences and sent me random items. They had the nerve to say that I didn't customize it when I know that I did! Now I have to go through the hassle of finding a printer, printing a return label, and driving to the post office. It's such a waste of my time, and I still don't even know if I'll end up with what I originally wanted. Such a frustrating situation!
