Game-changer mattress

Mattress quality concerns
I'm really bummed about the mattress I got from this company. It's only been a few years and the cover is already falling apart - loose threads and holes everywhere. Plus, the middle and sides of the mattress are starting to sag and not go back to the way it was. I haven't even moved it around much and it's still having these problems. It's making me wonder if this thing is gonna last in the long run.
Split king mattress order
I was so pumped to order this split king mattress (2 xl twin) because everyone said it was so comfy. But man, the company totally screwed up not once, but twice! First, they sent me a queen size mattress, like, what the heck? I called them and they said they were fixing it, but then they backed out. Seriously? Then they only sent me one xl twin mattress when I needed two! I reached out to them again, they said they were sending the other one, but of course, they cancelled that too. I was so done, I told them to cancel everything and I sent back the one twin. And now they're telling me it's gonna take forever to get my money back. Ugh, worst customer service ever!
Mattress purchase for a customer
I'm a customer who recently bought a new mattress. But, man, was I disappointed when it turned out to be way firmer than advertised. It's been a real pain trying to return it because their customer service is seriously lacking. I've had a tough time getting a real person to help me out - emails get ignored, promises made through chat and email end up being empty. I had to threaten to get my credit card company involved just to get some guidance on how to send back the mattress. Dealing with this whole situation has been nothing short of irritating and a huge time-suck. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Hybrid mattress purchase
I just bought this hybrid mattress thinking it would be great, but man was I wrong. It's so uncomfortable and smells like chemicals, it's impossible to get a good night's sleep on it. Definitely not what I was expecting, especially since they said it was good for athletes.
