I have been a customer of BEAUTY BAY for over a year now and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their online shopping experience. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of products is vast. I can always find what I am looking for and discover new and exciting beauty brands.

I recently bought a mystery box from BEAUTY BAY and overall, I was pretty happy with the price and how quickly it arrived. But I gotta say, there was one thing that kinda bugged me about what was inside the box. Back in February, I got a mystery box and really liked all the different stuff in it. Then, not long after, they sent an email about another new mystery box that I had to have. I bought it right away. Some of the things in the new box were different, but I did notice that a couple of items were the same as the ones I got in the box from the month before. Personally, I'd rather not see the same makeup palettes in these mystery boxes over and over, but getting the same skincare stuff every now and then is fine with me. Overall, though, I still think the mystery box is a good deal and the products are really good quality.

Fast shipping, lack of tracking information
I just wanted to share my recent shopping experience. Everything went pretty smoothly overall. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived, especially since it was during a holiday weekend. However, I was a bit frustrated by the lack of tracking updates. The email I received said my package had been delivered at 11 pm, but in reality, it showed up at 2 pm that day. Not knowing where my package was before it arrived made me worry that it had been stolen. It would definitely help if there were better tracking details to prevent any confusion or anxiety in the future.

I just got this makeup palette from BEAUTY BAY and I really liked it. The colors were awesome and the quality was top-notch. Plus, the shipping was super fast and I got it right on time. And to top it off, I got it on sale! Such a score for me!
Birthday gift for granddaughter
I ordered a birthday gift for my granddaughter and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out. The items got to me quickly and they were all in great shape. Although I did find it a little funny that they kept talking to me as if I was the one who was gonna be using the stuff, when really it's all for my granddaughter. But hey, I'm sure she's gonna love her gift anyway.

Waterproof packaging necessary
I just bought something from this online store and the ordering part was easy peasy. But man, I didn't get a delivery notification until way early in the morning, like 3.42am. By then, my package was already left outside in the rain and got totally soaked. Good thing the stuff inside was wrapped in plastic or it would've been a real mess. They should really use waterproof packaging, especially with the crazy English weather!

Mystery gift pack
I received a mystery gift pack recently, and it was awesome! It had all kinds of stuff in it that I didn't even realize I wanted. There were a few colors that didn't quite work for me, but I just passed them along to my friend who absolutely adored them. It would be pretty great if they let you choose what you get in the mystery pack. But honestly, I really dig Beauty Bay for all my makeup needs.
Eye shadow palette purchase
I recently bought an eye shadow palette from BEAUTY BAY and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with how it showed up. The big paper envelope it came in was all torn up and looked like it had been through a lot. The palette box inside was totally squished and the packaging was messed up. I've always had good experiences with BEAUTY BAY in the past, so this was a letdown. I had to spend some time cleaning up the messed-up packaging, but luckily the eye shadow palette itself was okay. It got me thinking, maybe the palette got taken out of its original box because it was damaged before getting stuffed into the envelope that ended up in bad shape. All in all, I was not too happy with how my purchase arrived.
